Staff I spoke to was very friendly she said I will get a gift voucher of $40. Still waiting for gift voucher, might just wait for another week or two before I call her back to ask about it.

My research showed budget direct was the best value for what was looking for. Insurance was set up within 20 minutes via the phone. I was very happy with how fast and easy the process was.

If taking out a policy be very careful as once paid there is no refund on payments. Paid the renewal, went to sell car and cancel policy 1 week after renewal to find no refund as that is their policy.
Would never insure with them again or recommend them to anyone.

New insurance policy... first time with Budget Direct. Policy cost and staff assistance were both great. As other policies are due I will definitely be obtaining a quote from you before I renew.

The policy is priced well and easy to setup. Customer service was helpful and professional. Haven’t had the need to make a claim and hopefully won’t have to so unsure about that process.

I used a third party, I've had no contact with BD directly. While the price was less expensive than the racv, I'd expect it to be as this is the companies angle. I've no data other than price to reflect the policies value, as value is a coefficient of price and effectiveness.

Discount the 5 star rating as I was not able to select a value for indifference.

The website experience was pleasant until the final price for comprehensive insurance did not match the price that was quoted. customer service was great but there was discrepancy with finalising the car inspection, not sure who made the mistake, the inspector or budget direct. Overall good experience considering the price paid.
