Simply the best
Bought Bee+ secondhand (!) 3 years ago, used it since birth with a cocoon first, our daughter is now almost 3 and we’re still using it on long trips and are loving every minute of it! It’s the best pram ever and I’m totally in love:) thanks Bugaboo, you rock!
Purchased in November 2021 at Private purchase for $350.00.

Bee plus has been good to us
I came across the Bugaboo brand when I was a babysitter and it was the caméléon. I knew from then they were a reliable brand but I couldn't manoeuvre the caméléon well. So when I became a mom myself we bought the bee plus and it has been the best pram since 2012. 2 girls after its still strong and we're planning to use it with baby 3 coming in few months. Easy to clean, push and specially easy to store. I love my pram and we definitely had our money's worth.

Best decision I ever made
Very satisfied with my purchase
Has lasted me many years
It’s quick and easy to open and close which is awesome especially when in a hurry
My son looks a little uncomfortable at times in the pram but I think that could have something to do with the old harness. Suspension is pretty good
I have used it off road and it went well

Fantastic pram.
I have the bugaboo bee plus with breeze hood for my almost 3 year old.
The seat is very spacious for her.
Basket isn't the best but can fit a good amount in.
Breeze hood fantastic, completely covers my daughter but she can still look out.
Love that fabrics can be removed and washed.
Fantastic small easy fold.
Great on buses and easy to get up and down stairs.
Easy to push on any surfaces(grass, side walk, bumpy of road) and great in stores.
My daughter has hypermobility and we have had a hard time finding a buggy i can get on with but meets all her needs and doesn't course pain and this seems fantastic she is comfortable and not in pain.
The suspension is great and makes it even easier to push.
All in all great pushchair.

Wonderful... Convenient size
So easy to set up and pack away. I have a big fancy mono pram but it is heavy and time consuming to set up and fold down but the bugaboo bee is the complete opposite and I can still clip my capsule into the seat for added convenience when out and about

Brilliant
I wish I had this pram from the get go.
We purchased this second hand off gumtree in good condition. A quick scrub and service had the pram looking like new. While in reality, it is really just a glorified stroller, it is very sturdy for it’s size.
It is very easy to manuvre around the shops and holds a surprising amount of shopping when you add storage hooks. While I did not use them, the option is there to add either a bassinet or an infant cocoon to make it suitable for a newborn. You can also get connectors to attatch a capsule which ...Read more
is awesome. I like that you can extend the seat length and height as your child grows, and you have the option to have the seat facing in or out. The handle goes up and down and clips in very securely so no issues with the bar slipping out when on travellators. It is really only suitable for city life due to the small wheels, but it suits our needs perfectly.1 comment

Lovely pram
Stylish, compact, light, easy to maneuvre, baby face forward or rare, many colours and designs to choose from, unique! Folds into one compact piece. I had some problems with folding and unfolding the pram, sometimes tje seat would fall while closing it, but I bought it as a like new secound hand pram, so may be the first owner was the one who cuased the fault. Very easy to resell online, because it was a very popular piece.

best compact urban pram
Super smooth too wheel and steer
Can unfold with one hand and one foot if you are holding child on the hip.
I've had mine for 3 years got it second hand and it's still in great condition. Can replace the fabrics with the new bee 3 fabrics and hoods. Would recommend using a extendable hood if using reclined. The normal hood doesn't provide much shade when reclined.
Love this pram, great for paths and roads and shopping. Wouldn't recommend if you are traversing grass or pebbles or rocks or Bumpy roads. Small wheels aren't ideal for that.
I use with the wheeled board and the handle extends nice and long.

Best pram for Mum of 4!
I bought a Bugaboo Bee 5 years ago and it has been the best pram buy in my 10 years of raising children. Easy to manoeuvre with one hand. I could put it up and collapse it holding onto my baby if needed. I run 5-6km with it and used to take it golfing. Periscopic handle is great for shopping and cafes. Nice lightweight and compact frame and sturdy. The seat lays flat for a newborn. I can still use it with my 4 yr old and she is tall. Highly recommend!!

Great Little Pram
Having owned and sold more prams than I'd like to admit since having my first baby 2.5 years ago - I would say this is one of the best.
I had a Cameleon with first baby which I sold for a Baby Jogger City Select just before number 2 arrived (19 months later) - after a few months using the baby jogger I decided I wanted something to keep in the car that was smaller and easier to maneuver for when my older child wasn't in the pram, or when I only had the baby with me. Loved the Cameleon and still miss it, but the Bee Plus has he same fantastic...Read more
maneuverability with the benefit of a one piece compact fold, and a much better basket. The small wheels mean it really is a shopping centre (or very smooth path) pram, but that is what I intended it for so no complaints in that regard. Fold is fairly simple and the ability to reverse the seat (easily!) has been a godsend for both of my kids as they are far happier to sit there for longer periods of time if they can see me and have a chat. Also purchased the UV canopy which is great, even for when bub is sleeping indoors. The seat extends so can easily fit my average height 2.5 year old with plenty of room (thought he lack of footrest means he doesn't look super comfortable) Initially I didn't really like the look of it, but it has grown on me more and I actually think it's a lovely looking pram now. So, overall - this pram doesn't work for all situations, but if you're looking for a great shopping centre/smooth surface pram that faces both ways and folds in one piece, this one is worth considering.Similar opinion? Good for Zipping In & Out of places
We were fortunate of being gifted a Bugaboo Bee! Before we were gifted it we had already bought the City Jogger Mini GT. I have found the Bugaboo Bee PERFECT for when I go to the mall, meet up with friends for coffee, go to dinner and all the little bits and pieces we need to do. However If this was the only pram I has I wouldn't be happy. I go on daily walks and wouldn't be able to take this everyday on my walks.
All in all though if your not a big walker and will just be using the pram to do daily chores then this would be a good pram for yo...Read more

Great compact city pram/stroller
The reasons that made me choose the Bee are definitely the reasons that i love it - it's light, small and maneuverable, easy and compact to fold, and looks good. I see other people with big heavy prams and couldn't imagining putting up with those for very long! It fits into stores and cafes easily and takes up hardly any room in the boot of the car. My boy was in it from newborn using the cocoon and seems very comfortable.
However it's not a pram that does everything, I suspect you need to own a few different ones for different situations!...Read more
I find that on suburban pavements and roads it's a rough ride and the wheels can get caught in cracks, and the frame is very flimsy and flexible (which is what makes the pram so light). It is also hard to pop up a kerb or steps due to the flexible frame. The seat is also quite low to the ground compared to other prams. The underseat storage isn't easily accessible or large, and there is nowhere to attach pram toys. The standard canopy doesn't provide very much shade either. compact, light, good handling, stylish, easy to fold in one motion flexible/flimsy frame, low seat, small storage basket, not good over suburban footpaths or roadsSimilar opinion? Awesome stroller
Light, small wheel width and decent storage = happy! Upgraded from my steelcraft pram as was sick of lugging it in and out of my car - and the wheels were soooo wide I hated it. Was going to wait for new bugaboo bee3 but it's actually 10cm wider which I didn't want. Am very happy.
Light, funky and modern
Takes a little time to get comfy with folding the seat down when in reverse position

Light weight pram, easy for on the go mums/dads
I enjoy using the Bugaboo Bee Plus - and feel that it fits my needs perfectly. Although initially found this pram a bit fiddly to open, I now am quite comfortable with it - and am glad that it's not bulky and heavy to carry around. I mainly use it when I go to the shops or for longer trips to the mall, and for walks. I have struggled a bit with changing the positions of the pram throughout my baby's development so far, but you can tell that it's very sturdy and safe - as it all has to be in the right exact clicks/positions to change. I do f...Read more
ind that it is starting to creak and make noises a bit, I think that's mainly been from the constant folding and opening of the pram. I did enjoy using the foot muff accessory in the beginning as we opted out from buying/renting a capsule and the foot muff was perfect as I could take it into people's homes and lie the baby down in it as well as he could sleep in it lying in a flat position and I didn't have to worry about how long he stayed there for - after hearing about these issues with a capsule. I would definitely overal buy the bugaboo again, but just wish it wasn't so parent-proof! :) Light weight, easy to carry, only one piece Sometimes a bit fiddly to open and change positionsSimilar opinion? Long time user of the pram and still loving it
Lori - I used the bugaboo bee from newborn until now, my son is now over two years old and its still a great pram. I used no extra attachments for my newborn as the pram lies almost completely flat and he was very happy in it, so he must have been comfy enough. I love that you can grow the pram as the child grows. You can pull to extend the top of the pram and the leg part. I even took it into childcare for him to sleep in as he liked having his day naps in it. Childcare loved it since he just fell asleep as soon as they put him in it. My first...Read more
child was a summer newborn, so he didn't need the newborn cacoon, which is a bit like a foot muff but with a bit more support for a newborn. I am due to have my second child and as it is winter I will be buying the cacoon to keep her warm and maybe the attachment for toddlers to stand on the back. You can also get an attachment to fit the maxi-cosy car seat into the pram, for those times bub falls asleep in the car and you want to transfer the seat into the pram. I had no problem working out how to change the seat from backward facing to front facing. It is a city pram, great for fitting into cafe's and tight spaces. Great for getting on and off public transport as it is light weight. Collapses small to fit into the car. Great for one handed maneuvering and pushing, especially inside spaces. My mum bought her own pram for my child and I hated using it by comparison. It had bigger wheels and was heavier. Was good for off road, but you had to work so much harder to get it around most places. I much preferred my own pram most of the time. But it doesn't do any difficult terrain. Well cut grass is ok. Sand no. Gravel no. I managed to take it off road a little, but the ground had to be pretty hard and not too many roots and things. Occasionally the pram would catch in a large crack in the pavement, but had to be pretty large to be a problem. Mostly you get used to what is an issue and you just tip the front wheel up a little to get over the crack and you're done. Hardly ever have to do this though. I used my bugaboo bee a lot! I don't like to be stuck at home too much and so I go for a walk almost every day. My toddler doesn't need much stuff anymore and usually walks these days, so I take the pram to fill up with my grocery shopping and then walk home. After a while, the wheels started wobbling when I walked too fast, which I found annoying, But then I looked through the maintenance manual and found these little "washers" that came with the pram for the exact purpose of fixing wobbling wheels. Worked like a dream and have no problems now.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Unhappy
I recently borrowed the Bugaboo Bee from a friend after my pram was stolen. I was interested in trying the pram and then maybe purchasing one to replace my stolen pram.
I found it extremely uncomfortable to manoeuvre. The wheels constantly got caught in cracks in the payment.
After using this for a few days my back and wrists were excruciatingly painful.
I also found it very complicated to turn the seat around and it is not an easy fold.
To give the pram credit, it is nice and compact. Also, the seat is very well supported and my baby seems to really enjoy riding in it.
Unfortunately for me I am sore and tired. I will definitely not be buying one and am looking forward to giving this one back.

Bugaboo bee plus
Great pram, fits capsule, then baby can move into seat facing you then, then facing out as they get older. Easy to steer with 1 hand and very light weight- in and out of car. Pram is also very narrow, this makes it very easy to take shopping with good storage underneath.
Light weight, easy to steer (1 handed), has a skateboard, great shade cover, adjusts with baby, easy foot brake,
Not so good for walking around street, bumpy roads etc

Bee Plus is a Winner
The Bee Plus is a great pram! I read so many reviews about a million different prams and even bought and sold a couple of (unused) prams before being satisfied with the Bee. I can honestly say I don't think there is one pram that does everything but I think the Bee comes pretty close to it!
It's perfect for a newborn as it forward and rear faces and lays flat . I deliberated about getting the Cameleon for the bassinet option... But after trying out a friend's bassinet with my now 8week old son- he just didn't seem to like the open space an...Read more
d was also a bit big for it..... Not too mention they're only newborn for a matter of weeks ... In which you're hardly out and about with them anyway! But back to the bassinet vs laying flat option... I find that in the Bee (with the cocoon and sheepskin) my son fits nice and schnug and he appears to feels much much secure and falls asleep within minutes. The Bee is such a smooth ride and drives well on footpaths, cobblestones, gravel and light sand. It's not great on soft grass or beach sand- but when do you really use a pram on them anyway? It's fantastic because it collapses in one single motion and is only 8kg. I am only small and find it nice a light weight. It's also perfect for travelling with. We live in the city and find it very unobtrusive to push in and around shops/ cafés/ bars / markets as it's quite low to the ground and the wheels are nice and small and it hardly takes up any space too ... Especially at home as well.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Very disappointed.....
I am very disappointed in Bugaboo. They have strategically changed the wheels on the new version of the Bee such that they do not work on the old models. The wheels will wear and need replaced. Of course, they don't sell the old wheels and recommend that you buy another $1000 pram. No thanks. As such, for my second child, will be getting a Stoke or McClaren. If something goes wrong with your Bugaboo, plan on buying another pram or bidding against 50 people on ebay for rare Bugaboo spare parts!

great pram but a few improvements could be made
great compact little pram, I'm always so happy with my choice when I see other mums manuvering their huge strollers around in shops or putting them in/out the car. Pram shopping is really about your lifestyle, but as I'm not a runner and we live in a city, I went for this one because it is much lighter than others, folds with all in (don't have to take seat out, then fold frame etc), had small maxi cosi capsule adapters, and quite frankly cause I loved the look of the yellow bee... it's a breeze to fold/unfold, take in/out car. easily controlle...Read more
d with one hand. seat reclines fully so he can sleep in it easily. we often take him to restaurants in it, and it fit snuggly next to the table and he can have a good sleep. The downsides for me are the following: sun cover is not included, and is a must as the normal canopy is way small. the seat is quite low on the ground, putting bub at cars/dogs level. the wheels are too small - if that pram had big wheels it would be the best. it doesn't stand by itself when folded. the bottle holder has to be taken out to fold the pram, which is very annoying. look, weight, size wheels are too small, sun cover not included, a little low on ground, doesn't stand by itselfSimilar opinion?
