Buy invite is a bit hit and miss. I have purchased several items over the years. Some are as advertised but occasionally they do sneak in a fake alternative - an example of this is when I purchased a pair of Streetfly shoes - I had a pair already so know how they look and are branded. The second pair purchased some time after were not branded, the sizing was different and they were made of substandard material. I did get my money back however when i raised this issue with them. So their return / complaint system has been fair in my experience. Sizing of clothing is also hit and miss and quality of clothing too. Sometimes you get something great - other times not so much.

Ok in the past but not now
I had made a few purchased with buyinvite over the years, hadn't used them for a while and decided to purchase something on the 15 Jan 2020, was due to be delivered on the 29 Jan 2020. Nothing arrived and it still had not been sent on the 29 Jan 2020 so I contacted them, they responded on the 30 Jan 2020 saying they would chase it up, I had no further response so I contacted them again on the 3 Feb 2020, they responded the next day 4 Feb 2020 saying they were still investigating, no followup yet again from them, I checked my order on the 7 Feb ...Read more

As I made the purchase using humm I wanted to know where my refund would go seeing I had already paid most of the purchase off, their response Thank you for your message. Should you checkout with Humm and we are required to then refund part or all of your order, we will arrange to adjust the amount of any remaining installments to ensure that you are never overcharged. If the amount of the refund we owe you is more than the amount you have already paid, we will cancel any future payments relating to that order as well as refund any payments you have already made. Lying and keeping My Money with no response that helps
Contacted them over 20 times and 3 weeks with just the usual lines the company gives without looking into it. Starting to believe I'm just having conversations with computers. Offered to cancel my order and refund, I responded within 10mins of their email and the took 5 days to respond and sent an email saying sent 1 min before they responded. 6 days later with a fake tracking number, no goods and they say I can get a refund once I get the items and send back.
This is not right!
Very bad way to treat a customer.

Made two separate purchases before Christmas, which were both supposed to be delivered before Christmas. One arrived the week before but only half the order was supplied and they told me that there was a problem with it via email only on the day it was delivered! In most recent communication I was told that they'd spoken to logistics but didn't know what was happening with the order and they could see if they could get me a refund! Presumably if they will not supply the goods, Fair Trading would state that I'm entitled to a refund, not that they might consider giving me one. Getting Worse Each Time
I have bought a lot from Buyinvite over the years and they are just getting worse.
First is Quality. Half the items are now shipped straight from Asia and poorly made. I found the website they are getting them from and half the time they just double the price and send it straight, which takes a month or more. Size is not always right. I get shoes, with my size printed on them, but clearly 2 sizes smaller.
I get the wrong items sent 1 out of 5 orders.

o clarify that when an order is delivered as orders and is fault free, you can still still return them back to us and the items will be refunded. Depending on the reason for returns, they will either go back to your card or to be refunded to you via store credits. Returning a product for a change of mind will mean that you need to incur the return postage fee. I am sorry that you are still waiting on your credits to be reversed. Quality Products and Excellent Customer Service
Huge fan of this site for a long time now, with a big range of products at very good, sometimes quite amazing, prices and really good quality. Have bought furniture, decor, clothes etc. Have only had a couple of incidents and their Customer Service was excellent. Prompt replies to any queries and extremely helpful and have always had a satisfactory result.

No delivery and no refund
I made a PayPal payment for an order with Buyinvite on the 5/11/2019. The order was never delivered because it never left the Buyinvite warehouse. I requested a refund and was advised it he funds were returned to a Visa account. I don't have a Visa account. Buyinvite advised me the refund was done on the 5/12/2019 and thats it. The Messenger support is appalling, the customer service representative advised me to raise the matter with PayPal because a refund was provided on the 05/12/2019 to a Visa account even though I informed them I dont have a Visa account. Disappointing - Sold item they didnt have and weeks before resolved
Purchased a Christmas tree on 25/11 from BuyInvite. The sale page stated that delivery would be by the 2nd Dec.
I got an update on the 28/11 to say that the stock had arrived. Then nothing. The delivery date came and went. When I contacted BuyInvite I was provided with a string of generic responses (the exact same email on two occasions), all of which elusively skirted around my questions. They couldnt even tell me if they had the stock!

As soon as we establish that there is a stock error, we will refund you via your original payment method. As we do not hold your purchased items in our warehouse at first, we may not know that your product has been made unavailable until the stock reaches our warehouse and we've packed the sales event. If I could rate the website 0 stars, that would be a more accurate depiction of my experience.
I purchased a phone that stated the product was "as new", however the phone arrived with scratches! The description did not specify anything about what SIM card the phone takes and now that I've received the phone, it's unable to be used.

I was a loyal customer until.....
I placed an order for a pair of jean on 22/08, estimated delivery is between 06/07 - 13/07...fast forward to several follow ups to today, 02/09. No news other than supplier is being contacted on a daily basis and they are investigating.
I requested for an order cancellation and refund two nights ago and was told by your incompetent customer service staff that i am unable to cancel my order as this order is being invetigated and ignoring me after?
Buyinvite cannot hold my money for goods i have never received and i demand a refund asap

No refund on lost order
I ordered a pair of shoes in mid July. When the delivery time passed, I followed up with buyinvite and was advised that according to their records the order had been delivered. I then followed up with the delivery company directly. The delivery company advised that the order was lost, but only buyinvite can claim the loss. Buyinvite appear to double profit in taking the payment from the customer and then claiming refund from the delivery company. Shameful practice and I don’t recommend using buyinvite

Products match its' online description and images.
My products were what I expected in look and quality. The bargains were incredible and free shipping was a bonus. The longest I waited was only 2 weeks. Didn't have a single problem with sizing, which is small or size 8. Would be good if there was a price filter.

poor customer service and delivery
They keep sending my orders via Fastway couriers who will not service my area I have notified Buyinvite on numerous occasions regarding this problem and they are still sending via Fastway Bendigo who are very rude to deal with but have advised that they told Buyinvite they will not deliver to this area.
This means I have to wait weeks for my items which area eventually returned by the courier and eventually dispatched.
You pay them a premium for postage for orders not to be delivered
