Very disappointed placed my order…
Very disappointed placed my order beginning if July and till now still have not recieve my order, message buyinvite but still have not got a respond, they provided tracking number which does not show anything. still waiting on a respond from them. i think they are fake and a scam. DONT BUY FROM THEM !!!!

My products were what I expected in look and quality. The bargains were incredible and free shipping was a bonus. The longest I waited was only 2 weeks. Didn't have a single problem with sizing, which is small or size 8. Would be good if there was a price filter.

They keep sending my orders via Fastway couriers who will not service my area I have notified Buyinvite on numerous occasions regarding this problem and they are still sending via Fastway Bendigo who are very rude to deal with but have advised that they told Buyinvite they will not deliver to this area.
This means I have to wait weeks for my items which area eventually returned by the courier and eventually dispatched.
You pay them a premium for postage for orders not to be delivered

Their website said Free Shipping without caveats. But charged $10 for it. When contacted, they do not acknowledge it even after providing them screenshot of their website. Never going back!

If I could give a negative star rating, it would still be too generous.
I bought a pair of boots and checked the Size Chart offered and made my choice accordingly and when they arrived they were too small. I have twice now contacted their Customer Service and I have been made to feel like a criminal.
I have been a loyal and frequent shopper, but this experience has made me sick. I have been made to jump through hoops to return something that was not as described.
I have lost all faith in a company that has Customer Service Reps who have their egos unchecked.
Don't bother with this company. There are better companys out there who honour Consumer Law and appreciate and value a great customer.

Order no 4955319. I have ordered 4 items, so far received only 2 of them. Item was sent back to sender and I'm still waiting for a reply from Buy invite after sending an email. Phone number is invalid, unbelievable.

last 2 orders I did not receive items I ordered and paid for. I have sent 4 messages regarding the discrepancy of my current order as yet no reply from Buyinvite.
Previous order - 5 items were incorrect they asked me to mail the incorrect items back to them. I did not receive the items I actually ordered.
They did refund the cost of the items I did not receive but that was only after numerous emails.

I love the ease of shopping, and the quality of brands and products available. I have never had an issue with any purchases and the price discounts are absolutely fantastic.

Oh dear, I bought a fab watch however I accidently pressed pay in full instead of payment plan!! Can this error be reversed. Has anyone else had this experience. Apart from my blunder, I love the site.

BuyIvite has been a nothing but frustration lately. Their customer service and response to any query is absolute rubbish to a level that they send the incomplete order and when we contact them ...they ignore all our messages. So they keep the money we paid, doesn't send us the order as placed..and no response. Stay out of Buy Invite

August 8th 2022 Update: My refund is not provided

Sent totally wrong items, compared to what was ordered. Returned the items and I was informed a refund is issued on July 24th. To date, no refund is issued. Contact them last week, no response to date.

Received numerous faulty or damaged merchandise which was returned to company. BuyInvite has not refunded for returned items. Refuses to refund. Poor customer service. Now having to take action to recover my monies owed.

easy to navigate the store and find what you want, always happy with purchases, returns can be a pain but luckily this doesn't happen often, quality of products always great.

I look forward to each BuyInvite email! Even if I don't buy something from the latest selection it's still so enjoyable to look at everything offered. I dont hesitate to buy through BuyInvite as I know that they back up every purchase with the best service and buyer protection. I've bought very many, and a variety of products, and only had 2 that weren't as expected. These were dealt with to my utmost satisfaction, in a quick and pleasant manner. I happily recommend BuyInvite to anyone.

Their site is easy to use. Great mix of products whether it be that designer item or something different you wont see elsewhere. They are brilliant. Great on pricing too. I have been able to get some great specials at Australian pricing ... and their customer service team is outstanding to deal with you. All round brilliant experience thanks guys

I have been very sing this site for quite a few years and have very few complaints. Yes some sizing is way off and that’s why it think they end up on this site however the majority of products have been spot on. I have had a couple of returns not credited as they claimed they did not receive them but the majority has been successful. Good site and easily navigated.

Find it annoying that overseas conversion sizes are not easy to follow. I have received all my products that I have ordered, no issue with returns either, however the delay sometimes is quite frustrating.
I am happy to refer others to this site.
I do tend to purchase mainly Australian, or UK clothing as never an issue with sizing. USA is v hit and miss and anything from China .......watch out and read measurements v carefully.

I have been shopping with Buyinvite for a number of years. I have purchased clothes, homewears, coffee pods, gadgets and gizmos galore ‘to quote little mermaid’.
I have had a few items faulty and broken on arrival which is disappointing however the refund process has always given me my money back. I have also had items not be filled due to stock issues from the supplier, which has meant I’ve missed out on pretty good deal, however, that’s the nature of online shopping and has only happened a handful of times.

Bad customer service, hold onto your money for months, lack of communication.
I’m so sick of Buyinvite letting me down on products they can’t deliver after purchasing up to 2 months in advance. I sent numerous messages in regards to a order I place late November for a family member’s Xmas present only to be informed early January that there was a stock issue and that my order was cancelled via email (disgusting). I am absoluely disgusted in the way this was handled and only offered a $10 off future purchase, I was given misleading information...

Statue I bought as a Christmas presentis missing a piece have tried messaging buyinvite twice with no response very poor customer service.

Bought a Bonds jacket in February, took over a month to arrive.

Used Buyinvite again for some Christmas presents this year as their prices were good. Most items arrived in the stated time frame, one item was about a week late.

All in all a good experience, and I'll probably use them again, knowing the shipping can run late.

Order placed Date 05/11/18. It was supposed to be delivered between 03/12/18 - 08/12/18. Have been contacting them since 10/12/18. To date no response. Doesn't even care to send a courtesy message. Their service is awful. I will not purchase from them anymore. It is not the only website selling these products.
