My E Ticket is 7383363515179, I will travel from 4/6/20 till 8/7/20 with VN772 but at the moment Australia won't allow anyone to go out of the country or vice versa. So can I postpone my flight without any cost because i was already change my ticket earliest from February to June due to Covid-19 pandemic. Please answer my question as soon as possible. Thanks

Hi Marie/Sarah, I received an email from BYOJET 3 hours ago 'This email is to advise that we have received your request to put your tickets into credit (on hold)' which I did not request either. I have a flight booked back to the UK at the end of July. I just filled out the form again on their website stating I still wish to travel as I am really hoping to be lucky with the restrictions.

Michael and Marie I have received this email too. As my flight is in September, I intended to wait and see and hope to travel like Michael. I stated that I still intended to travel as normal in our most recent correspondence.
I have not at any point requested a credit refund.

Hi, good news, I received an email from Byojet..so glad it was an error as I was dreading trying to workaround the dilemma.

Dear BYOJet team,
I would like to request a full refund of the value of my ticket, also my boyfriend’s wants to apply to get the refund as well, his name is Matthew Sinclair, but he didn’t get the BYOjet code number to complete the form and request the money back.

I want to know all my rights as a customer.
Please, I hope someone can give me information soon on how I can get the total refund back, also I really need to know how long will it take to get the amount we have paid for the ticket ?

Hello. I received a text message that my cancellation was approved on 29 February and they said it will take maximum 12 weeks. However it has been more than 8 weeks and I haven't received my money back yet . I've tried to contact refund team via e-mail but there is no e-mail service now. I just wonder when I can get my money back so please let me know. BYOjet reservation number was BYO11432561.

BYOJet is such an untrustworthy company to buy a ticket with. Very Poor customer service. They don't pick up phone call and they use auto reply to your emails. No idea how long you have to wait. I will never bought ticket with them again.

hi my booking reference is BYO11417651 and my flight is cancelled by emirates. byo jet sent me an email saying your credit is on hold and email will follow in 7-14 days. do I get my money back or later ticket to travel no explanation is given. I would like to have another ticket if you are not giving the full cash back. I am writing it in this page because I am not getting the answers for my questions, thanks

What you can do and you will have to do on a next business day next is calling the card issuer - your bank to process a chargeback. they will ask you to provide supporting evidences which includes the airline cancellation notice/full refund policy. once everything is submitted you should expect a chargeback within a few business days

My flight to Vietnam on 18 April was cancelled by Vietnam Airlines. Is it correct that BYO jet charge $250 per person if I cancel even though I have to cancel because there is no flight? If I postpone you delay for a year from time of booking? I booked in January and want to go in April 2021 hopefully so can you postpone until December 2021? If BYO jet goes under or bankruptcy what happens to my flight money then? Thank you Clare

Yesterday we got email of 3 options available for our flights in June to UK that we won’t be able to go on due to covid 19

no clear indication of total cost of fees for credit shell

The information is very conflicting and confusing

We are afraid to accept an option with no clear idea of cost of fees

Hello I have read your email and we can't understand that the flight has been cancelled, as we should have been flying today at 2.05pm, but yet you are charging us over 1000 pounds for us cancelling, when it's Emirates / Byojet that have cancelled, how can this be right??? Please advise
This is the first email we have had from you in correspondence to the COVID19 issue, we have tried to ring you over 30 times, but kept on hold, there has been no email address to contact you.. You have not responded to emails, and then now to top it all off you are taking over 1000 of us?... For what, as you haven't even give us any service at all, this is so unfair
We do want a full refund of 2447pounds, if possible, as this is a lot of money for us

Hi,
I hope this finds you well.They prioritize all customers based on date of flight and they will send you an email to confirm that your flight canceled and put your money in your credit for future flight. But they ask me to buy my tickets from the same flight agency and airline by October or anoher deadline that I'm not sure. Also, they asked me to pay $55 per passenger for buying new tickets.

What you can do and you will have to do on a next business day next is calling the card issuer - your bank to process a chargeback. they will ask you to provide supporting evidences which includes the airline cancellation notice/full refund policy. once everything is submitted you should expect a chargeback within a few business days. I am simply not paying anything includes 55$ per head towards a future flight at all!!
