Biggest robbers worst company

BYO JET are total cheats !!!
They are charging $250 for flight cancellation when the airlines themselves are not charging anything to BYO.
Now even Flight centre has started refunding its customers which is the right thing to do.
Shame on you BYO Jet. During such stressful times, you ought to give the money back. I could have understood a $20 cancellation but how did you come up with $250 ? Are they paying their staff $250 to book at ticket ? Is that their labour per hour cost to the company ?
Please, nobody give them any business .

Impending class action - join up
I am a victim of the Flight Centre Group's unfair cancellation fees too. Seriously, why they think they are entitled to $250 fees for do-it-yourself online travel tools is beyond unscrupulous.
Go to facebook and join up to "Flight Centre Class Action Australia" page. The administrator is garnering interest for a class action against Flight Centre Group for all the victims under their many many brands.

RE review BYO CAUSING DURESS CONTINUED
They finally responded with a credit voucher, for my spent amount.
It arrived in my mailbox the following day after my last review. They never emailed to give me an option. after Emirates cancelled flights. There was no letter to ask would I prefer a refund. They still dont answer the phone. They say not to email. I'd love to speak to someone. I'm a very understanding person. I just need to speak with someone please.

!Total thieves !! Tried telling me singapore airlines were charging me $250 to cancel. But when i said i knew for fact there was no charge, they replied they were charging it just to call the airline ! Hope they go bankrupt and the genuine companys that are playing fair profit in the long run. Never ever book with these thieves.

Impossible to contact, blatant lies and hung up phone calls
Have been lied to about an airline's credit policies. Being told BYOJet can't help me unless the airline cancels the flight (because the airline told them this), however have various emails from the airline AND a page on their website saying you can get a full credit for any flights still operating before 31st July. Have also been told to take it up with the airline, which I know I can't do if it isn't booked directly through them. Being given false information and then get hung up on after 2 hours on hold. Also no responses to various emails/online forms over more than a month. At least now I know never to use them again!

RIP-OFF
Due to COVID-19 cancellation, enforced by the government, they are not willing to fully refund the flights, even so after the airline did.
They are charging 25% or $250 per ticket for the cancellation.
Avoid them at all cost.

Very LOW efficiency on refund, very POOR customer service
It's over 10 weeks already, they haven't refund my money!!!!! Whenever email and contact them, they always said give them 3 business days to reply, what the hell!!!! Never end on 3 business days!!!! They hold your money on hand after you cancel your booking 10 weeks ago!!!!!

After being on hold for an hour and a half...
After being on hold for an hour and a half, I finally got through to speak to an operator who had poor English and was rude to me. I explained how Fiji Airways were willing to process a refund for my flight that was cancelled due to COVID-19, under the unusual and unfortunate situation where it has caused me to lose my job and enter financial hardship. Fiji airways just requested that BYOjet send a request to grant the refund and Fiji Airways would provide the waiver. The operator repeatedly read terms and conditions verbatim, interrupting me anytime I tried to explain my unusual situation. The operator then said that they need to end the call now and hung up on me while I was asking a follow up question.

They want to charge me $250 for refunding my flight cancelled by the airline
My overseas flight has been cancelled due to the covid-19 situation. Byojet asks me to pay a fee of $250, which is half of the ticket, for the refund, meaning I would only get 50% back. That is illegal as I had no say in the decision and could not have flown if I wanted.

To all those wanting refunds BYOjet and Flight Centre
I, like many others, am waiting for someone to contact me, I did receive
an email 3 weeks ago from BYO advising my funds were in a “Credit Shell”.
I did not authorise this and a refund was never mentioned.
My flights were with Virgin, SQ code share, but as I have previously been
advised my funds had been credited i’m hoping my money is safe.
I have sent several emails but had no reply except advising someone
would contact me in 3 working days
I have found that many of the email contacts for Flight Centre,

Unaccountable, unfair, impossible to reach
My flights were cancelled by LATAM due to pandemic. BYOJET is impossible to contact, their online forms do not work, very frustrating to deal with. Never again will i book with them. They are keeping my hard-earned money as ransom, wanting to charge their hefty fees for the flights that never took off!!!

Shocking
Rude Thieves this is the best description for this agent. They rip you off if you want to cancel your ticket. Even if cancellation is due to flight changes that you cannot accommodate.

e their responsibilities although they know airlines won't talk to the ticket holder but to the agent who booked the ticket. - Your booking dates are different than the dates they decide for you, if you wish to cancel however, they charge you $250 per ticket "Admin fee". BYOJET unethical practice
Same as many people. Airline cancelled my flight and offering full refund and no fees.
BYOJET charged me $60 from the airline (???) and $250 from them for the cancellation. It clearly states in their T&Cs that this fee applies when CUSTOMER cancels, no mention of fee when AIRLINE cancels. Surely this is not legal? How can we hold this company accountable?
Hours on hold and easily the worst customer service I've every experienced. "I've told you once before, I'm not saying it again. I'm going to hang up now." The response I had to my questions. Like many people, I have lost my job, my flight home and then a company treats people like this. Shocking.

Charged a $250 per person refund fee, unacceptable
Poor customer service, took 6 weeks to respond to my request for refund of my flights after my airline changed my flight schedule by 24 hours and offered to give full refund. There is no justification to why they need to charge $250 per person to cancel a ticket that the airline cancels not even the customer.

Hello. I received a text message that my cancellation was approved on 29 February and they said it will take maximum 12 weeks. However it has been more than 8 weeks and I haven't received my money back yet . I've tried to contact refund team via e-mail but there is no e-mail service now. I just wonder when I can get my money back so please let me know. BYOjet reservation number was BYO11432561.
