Disgusting.

It's like eating a powdery sugar cube. The packet says "smooth and creamy white chocolate". To be fair, it is in fact white.

Like eating a candle - very waxy

published

Dream used to be good but now it tastes waxy and doesn't have that smooth, melt in your mouth texture that it used to have. Very disappointing. I'd pick Milky Bar over this any day.

Terrible Chalky Chocolate

Terrible chocolate that tastes more like eating a cross between wax and chalk. User to be nice but is absolutely horrible. Won't buy again.

Bad chocolate

If you guys keep a close eye to the preservatives and chemical substances Cadbury is adding to their chocolate you will be shocked. Will Never ever buy anything from this company. Even in their Easter eggs they add preservatives that are very toxic. Read the labels guys. I got a headache I wondered why then read the ingredients. Never get that from lindt or frey.

Just Bad.

Terrible taste and consistency for the white chocolate and milk chocolate is not much better. Had to bin the stuff.

My New Addiction

published

I was a HUGE milk chocolate fan. Tried every brand. But I was not a fan of white chocolate, until I was shopping & saw the Lindt white chocolate on sale. I loved Lindt milk chocolate, so I thought I'd try their white chocolate. Well, I totally fell in love with white chocolate. I'm addicted to Cadbury Dream & bought 4 blocks today. Now I don't enjoy milk chocolate anymore!

This chocolate used to be delicious. Something has changed, it doesn't taste as milky, in fact it has a waxy taste. Yuck!

This is our houses chocolate of choice. It is affordable and tastes great.
We often find it on special at the local supermarkets and stock up when we do.
It is great for a snack or a treat. We often make our own chocolates in moulds and we find that this chocolate melts really well if you want to make your own chocolate.
It resets well and even when we mix in other things like coconut or sprinkles it still comes out great.
Its a great option for those who only like white chocolate or are intolerant or allergic to other kinds of chocolate.
good value for money
Not good for your weight and health if you eat too often

I wish (Like with most unhealthy products) they would release a healthier version of this so I would be able to eat it more often.
You just can't stop at one, the taste is amazing. It melts in your mouth and I have never tasted any other brand of white chocolate that tastes better than Cadbury Dream White Chocolate. Great to have at a getogether or gathering, just a delicious piece of chocolate that gets you wanting more and more!
VERY unhealthy, you want to stop eating it but you can't! They should offer a healthier alternative. Its not good at all for you.

Another delicious entry in the Cadbury line. It's probably my favourite white chocolate out there and while it's not particularly nutritious, I do enjoy having moderate portions once in a while. I'd recommend it.
Yummy, one of the nicest (if not the absolute nicest) white chocolates out there. Another favourite of mine from the Cadbury line.
I can't think of anything in particular, but I could see Cadbury improving the taste in the future. Less artificial ingredients would also be a bonus, as it does have quite a few, in addition to its sugar content (which I consider artificial, anyway, since it's not natural sugar but raw cane sugar).

I comes in different size blocks which is good. I'm not a huge fan of white chocolate because I find it gets too sweet, but this is the best white chocolate on the market.
A smooth and creamy chocolate block that is quite reasonably priced
I find that once I have more than one or two pieces it gets a bit sweet for my liking.

Such a lovely texture, the smoothness of the chocolate just melts in the mouth providing a lovely milky flavour that is absolutely divine. Good price and well known brand providing a quality chocolate, absolutely lovely!!
So rich and creamy, light and smooth, flavoursome but yet not overpowering. Melts in the mouth providing buckets of flavour and smoothness. The smoothness of this chocolate is beautiful, definately the most smooth out of the ones I have tried so far. If you are looking for a smooth, flavoursome, delectable, delicious and slightly luxurious chocolate, then look no further.
Nothing, this is the most beautifully smooth, creamy chocolate ever!! Love it!

As I enjoy cooking, I would take the Milky Bar everytime in choice for flavour and flexibility over the Dream. Dream does not like to be melted and used in recipies (and cooking white chocolate is more disgusting than regular white chocolate). Nestle Milky Bar is a cooks best friend as it is tasty and co-operative. I also think Milky Bar tastes better in its original state than the Dream.
It's better than Milka White (and Milka everything) and many other "white" chocolates.
Not as good as Milky Way. Does not really enjoy being cooked with.

This is probably one of my favourite white chocolate varieties that are available in the supermarkets. It has a very creamy texture but I find it too rich and sweet to eat more than a few pieces of it at a time. It's great to melt and drizzle over desserts or to dip strawberries in. Sure to be a family pleaser.
This is a deliciously creamy and smooth white chocolate. Consistently great value and high quality product.
White chocolate can get too sickeningly sweet after a few pieces so it is frustrating when I can't eat more of it in one sitting.

lovely creamy chocolate which isnt as rich as other white chocolates. Made from alot of sugar, less cocoa solids and more fat so its not the healthiest option
perfect light white chocolate. Alot sweeter than other white chocolates and not as heavy however still has a gorgeous milky taste. The packaging is very attractive and is made my a reputable brand
Contains a huge amount of sugar, not made from alot of cocoa solids like normal chocolate. contains alot of fat and also quite expensive, $5 is alot of a block of chocolate. when chilled is very flavour less and looses its sweetness.

If you like white chocolate then as far as I am concerned, this is a pinnacle of perfection. Very rich and smooth and easy to eat too much of it.
This is great. It is also a favourite of my daughter's. I don't know what it is that cadbury do, but to me, their chocolate is creamier and richer than a lot of the so called luxury chocolates. This is a white chocolate with a divine after taste. The price is comparable to most chocolate slabs.
Choc full of calories of course. Plus-the packaging has got thicker and the chocolate bar thinner over the last few months. That annoys me.

This is the most delicious white chocolate bar I think I've ever tasted. It really is so smooth and creamy you can't help sitting and eating the whole bar. The fact that it is available in two sizes is a definite plus in my book. If you go for the smaller size you may not feel quite so guilty when you scoff the whole scrumptious bar in one sitting...and trust me, you will, there's no way you can resist it.
This is such a creamy chocolate, even by Cadbury's standards
The only downside to this product is the amount of calories it contains!!

This is a wonderfully smooth and creamy white chocolate, absolutely delicious! Easy to find in all supermarkets and is often on special or promotion, so stock up when it is! Great for eating just by itself, or grate or melt it to sprinkle over cakes and muffins.
A smooth and creamy, delicious white chocolate!

I am a major fan of white chocolate. One of my favourite types of chocolate it’s creamy and tastes so good, far too good in fact! Very reasonable priced and you will often find that the major retailers such as Woolworths and Coles regularly have special promotions so you can get it a lot cheaper than normal. The design of the packaging is very appealing and also you can pop your chocolate back inside the packet if you don’t fancy eating it all in one sitting as it has a re closable fasten at the top. Personally though I never manage to save it for the next day!
Gorgeous creamy white chocolate

Once you have had one mouthful of this heavenly, luscious, divine and delightful white chocolate you will definately want more. This deliciously created white chocolate bar is available in 110 gram and a family sized 220 gram block. It is a great experience to eat this heavenly chocolate piece by mouth watering piece or even to slowly melt it down in a saucepan over the stove and smother all over muffins or cakes as an excellent chocolate icing. I love Cadbury Dream as it is a particulary smooth crisp white chocolate. I also love the beautiful sky blue packaging.
Great tasting white chocolate bar.
