Fantastic
Have now had two machines from Camnet. Have had very little trouble with either machines. When required service has always been excellent.
No hesitation in recommending Camnet. Look forward to many more years.

Terrible
Quote one price and write another greatly increased price on the contract. Supply a machine that is far beyond what is required. Each month advertise free IPad or IPhone but because it is not written on their order it is not forthcoming. Increase cost per copy yearly which is written on a maintenance agreement in minute writing that was not provided until requested.

Absolutely hopeless
Do not bother using this company, they absolutely ripped me and my husband off and our photocopier kept breaking down... Useless.. I don't know how they are still operating as a company. They lie!!!

Disgraceful
Service? Crap. Product? Crap.
Bumps up price without warning stating "older machines cost more to maintain". They are only maintained when we have a fault or issue with them and self report it - so I struggle to see how it could possibly cost them more in maintenance. When they asked if we would like to replace them with a newer model, they told me I would have to sign a new agreement in order to reduce the cost.
Printer ALWAYS breaks. Shocking service from sales rep and poor response times.

Best printing machines
I have been a customer with Camnet for 8 years. I have bought several printers of them.
Their customer service has been excellent - they have always been friendly and very helpful.
A very professional company!
I highly recommend Camnet if your thinking of getting a printer.

Two words: nightmare and disaster!
Never pay the invoice based on the calculation they provided, always do the meter counting by ourselves and find out that they always charge us a lot higher than what we were supposed to be billed for. Not to mention that they put up the price without prior notice and really, really terrible customer service. Oh, and the accounts and marketing team are disaster! What a time-and-money-waster.

Been dealing with Camnet for quiet awhile. Agree with the others; terrible customer service, increased pricing without notice. Might be worthwhile to get your own printer than dealing with this company. Run while you still can...

Beware of this company
Beware of this company. Camnet increase costs and they increase copies at their leisure. Their copiers seem to have faulty number counters as their machines counts versus our manual counts are nowhere near the same.
They also increase length of terms without proper notification to the business.
Don't sign up with them. I can't speak poorly enough of them.

Camnet is very a professional company!
I was very pleased with the overall service and professionalism of Camnet. I recently moved to Camnet from Printercorp, and I was worried about these negative reviews. However, I can now say that I am very pleased that I made the jump to Camnet. I even received a free iphone with no hidden fee's!!! Make sure you read the terms and conditions so you are fully aware of what you are signing. The sales team and administrative staff made the transition very smooth.

Camnet has absolutely terrible ethics and behaviour!
Camnet up-sold us from an existing Ricoh photocopier, to a later model Ricoh copier, saying it would not cost us any more. It ended up doubling our costs within six months. When we complained and asked for a more realistic price and print copies, Camnet increased both our prices and our colour copies without our knowledge. Also without our knowledge, re-wrote (varied) our print copy plan from 48 months to 60 months. Increased our costs each July until we became aware of it and challenged them.

Camnet is an all round terrible company ... run away, run far, far away. Very reliable devices and efficient service. Have been a camnet customer for over 5 years. My account manager is very punctal and responsive. Camnet acknowledge and reciprocate loyalty. Flexible and understanding company.

Would highly recommend
I've been a camnet customer for a few months now and I've found them to be a terrific company to deal with. I'm honestly quite amazed at all these awful reviews as their service and the way they found a solution to fit my needs was outstanding. Gabriel my account manager regularly checks in to see how things are going and is always available to help when needed. Would highly recommend them.

BEWARE! Major Scam! Camnet will lie about everything to take your money...
You might think you got an OK deal with Camnet but are you sure?
They will "get" you wherever they can to make sure you pay an extra 40-50% above what you've agreed to. At least this was the case with us.
Worst mistake we ever made! Not sure why we ever decided to rent a printer because we always owned our own and never had to deal with a pack of crooks who are pretending to run a legitimate business.
Seriously reconsider doing business with this company.

s and when we decided not to renew it, they pretty much threatened us to pay up the last 6 months of our contract which we always paid on time and the deal was including the GST but according to the so called expert salesman he apparently never acknowledged the GST was inclusive....LIES LIES LIES!!! Stay the hell away from this company. Not trustworthy and good luck getting in touch with them to assist you with your issues. What a nightmare. Very few companies would treat a small charity this badly!
Camnet has been the worst company I ever had to deal with, from their salesman who lied and promised lots of supports and never delivered, to the 3 account managers that replaced each other doing exactly the same. 3.5 years later we never received any training, and always had to pay to have functions programmed for their machine. After 6 months of arguing not to pay for usage that would not exist Camnet agreed to a payout amount (no discounts there, we paid for the 19 months left in the contract) to cancel our contract. Another month has gone by and we are still being charged through direct debit for the rental of a machine that was returned, plus usage for copies we never made! So here we go again. Is there no end to the Camnet nightmare!?

Agree with other reviews, these guys are the worst company i have ever dealt with . Before I signed up i was advised that I could buy the machine for $1 at the end of my 3 year contract. But now the 3 years is up they are claiming this is no the case and want to take back the machine !

Worst decision and terrible company
The worst company to deal with - beware of the stitch up on your copy plan. They also refuse to acknowledge when they "vary" your plan and add 3 months onto it. Then even though it says you can reduce the term "like a mortgage" (from the words of the sleezy salesman) this is not the case!! they increase the copy costs annually, costing you thousands per month. Stay away. Having to resort to legal advice which will also cost us to get out of our contract.

Pricing problems
Agree with the last reviewer: techs pretty good, but problems with sales and accounts mean that if you aren't super careful, they may hit you with big price increases, with justification from some small print they supplied but you didn't realise you were signed up for. Beware!

Don't trust them
They signed me up and then added GST after advising it was included. Do not trust them. They lie for fun. Massively incompetent especially the sales and accounts people. Actually that's everyone I have encountered. Actually the technician guys are pretty good. They come and do their job when equipment breaks down. Best off buying equipment and getting a repair contract I have learnt. Camnet way overpriced.

Total Fail - Shame Shame Shame
The worst ever Printer & Copier service provider that stitched us up over years. Totally unhelpful. Totally unreliable. Totally unresponsive. And the poor attitude starts at the top.
So expensive, you'll need deep pockets to stay with Camnet. Since getting rid of camnet, our printing costs have reduced by over 80%!!! Stay away from camnet and do yourself a favour.
