Avoid the cheaper option of 'online ink', better to pay more from Woolworths or Post Office
for original brand names . Ink station are refill copies that may or may not work out. In my case the last 2 purchasers have been a waste of money as neither worked properly. I had forgotten how bad the ink was from my previous purchase and saw ink for my new printer on line ( much cheaper ) and I thought OK, try again,
but alas I have wasted $75 as I will have to replace with 'good' ink.

I ordered from inkstation at 9pm Sunday night & received my parcel at 9am Tues morning. Saved heaps of $$$$ as well by ordering through inkstation. Thankyou instation for saving time & money

Prices have always been cheap, service has always been good and delivery has always been quick about to place my next order. Not sure if inks are archival quality.

I have ordered before 3pm and I received next day 5:30pm. I was not expecting it will be in my hand in 1 day due to Covid19. I checked where is my parcel via their email. It says it is delivered. I said no way. I checked the mailbox. It was there. Great service.

My first order. I put them into printer, the pink leaked out into the printer and my hands. I rang immediately and told them of the problem. "Well it will wash off with hot soapy water was the reply and send picture of it. The replacement that was sent out was yellow. That's no good to me!

I placed my order on 21/04/2020 and received it on 22/04/2020!
I was expecting it to be delayed due to COVID-19 so I was super surprised to receive it the next day. It was super easy to install in my Canon Maxify MB5460 and prints great. Great quality product.

Purchased a 65xl cartridge online from Inkstation. Error message stating it unable to communicate with the ink cartridge. Numerous emails back and forth, with final response being that I have to contact HP directly.

Although the order arrived promptly, it was a completer waste of money. When installing the new cartridge the printer doesn't recognize it. I have never encountered this problem with the original ink.

Unreliable service. Had to call couple of times to courier company and inkstation for the follow up. They could not provide a firm delivery date. 12 days passed but no delivery yet.

I ordered ink cartridges on Monday afternoon and they arrived Tuesday morning, such amazing service and delivery time, like magic, I was so happy, even in the middle of covid 19. Easy to find the right products and cheap. Great that orders over 50 are free delivery. I would highly recommend this place!

Terrible service. I ordered my product on 30th March and got an email the same day stating my order was being dispatched that day. After a week I contacted them online to find out where my product was to be told it was actually packed and sent on the 4th not the 30th like my email stated. The person emailing was very rude and offered no apologies or explanation as to why my order was not dispatched the day it was meant to. Now 12 days later and still no order received.

We bought 3 x8,500 page black cartridges for our numerous Dell printers at work. So far we are 5 reems in (2,500 pages) and it's saying cartridge low. Possibly get to the 3000 page count. Not even half of what's advertised. Moving back to the genuine 8,500 page which is double the price plus a bit, which actually lasted for ever. The printer also doesn't like these cartridges for some reason. Every morning I would come there would be an "unresponsive cartridge" error which meant removing the cartridge and reinstalling.. Never happened with the genuine one.

I have used this company before and found it to be excellent, ease of using ordering process, delivery. Fast,prompt right yo the door. I wouldn't use any other company. Ordered one day delivered the day after.
