Some time ago I bought a kneeling chair from this company, and earlier this year I noticed that the wheels were falling apart. I had no details of when I actually purchased the product but it would have been at least five years ago, and I was quite prepared to pay for the new wheels (the chair is excellent and so I didn't wanted to fix it if I could). Badbacks staff didn't quibble at all but immediately sent me four replacement wheels at no cost.
