Customer service is good but deliver company is horrible

I had quite bad experiences;

1. My parcel was delivered to wrong address.
2. The courier company(Fastway) is helpless (Incorrect information, no reply, not friendly officers)
3. The package came in delay 14 days after the order.
4. The package was thrown away from the gate and left under heavy rain.
5. I have to bring the wet and dirty package to post office to return.

Complete ripoff, crap cartridges, Do not buy from this mob!! Redone and don't work. Now its up to me to waste time and send them back for a refund. Quality control is hopeless.

Ordered 2 x Fuji Xerox DocuPrint Compatible Black High Yield Toner Cartridge (CT202330), which claimed 2,600 pages print.
Used one of the toner infrequently for routine documents printing, and it shows "Toner low" after printing less than 50 pages.
Sent in email to find out the reason, but got reply basically blaming the problem is due to how I print the pages, not even consider looking into any other faulty issues.

No matter what I print on the page, how could a few thousand yield toner become low after 50 pages!

Very dodgy product and irresponsible customer service, Stay away from this company!

Wasted money

I received a cartridge that was supposed to be compatible with my HP printer. It was rejected by the printer. Back to original HP products. Wasted precious money and time.

Excellent customer service

I've used this company to purchase toner cartridges in the last few years. Cartridges arrived within a couple of days and the one cartridge I had trouble with was recalled and replaced over another couple of days. I'm very impressed with this latest exchange.

I used their website to find a suitable ink for my printer by searching by my printer model. I purchased the first ink that was listed in the search results. The ink arrived and its the wrong one. To refund it, you need to post it back at your own cost. In any event, the company is refusing to refund it - even though the inks are unused. #gofigure You are much much better off to purchase inks at Officeworks.

Very disappointed with allegedly compatible inks

Ordered 2 black + 1 colour HP inks. Delayed delivery (had to come from interstate). First black didn’t work, second failed after few pages. Printer wouldn’t recognise a third replacement black.

Customer Service at its worst.

Typed in my type of printer. Options came up for the drum and toner, i purchased both. Opened the drum to fit into the printer and its not the right drum. Contacted customer support. Was told to be more "meticulous" when ordering. No discount for the correct item, no sorry, no nothing. I will never EVER use them again and would advise anyone else to avoid them also.

Ordered several ink cartridges. Received 2 different sorts of cartridges and one group does not list my printer as being suitable. tried to contact inkstation phone support but never got through. I will have to risk using them to see if they work. TERRIBLE service inkstation! You've lost a repeat customer.

Excellent customer service. The young lady actively listened to my concerns, suggested I try my printer while she was on the phone and kindly arranged a replacement cartridge toner to be sent even before receiving back the (possibly) faulty cartridge toner. It arrived promptly in two days. She then emailed all the details required for my free return of toner cartridge. It couldn’t have been better..so great to have a problem resolved so quickly and courteously. So a big thank you!

Hi Sharon, there is a tab that's shows an arrow to remove then on the bottom of cartridge, just twist & remove

I purchased 2 Cartridge one Black and a Yellow one compatible with HP125 A - this is my first order - however after reading some of the reviews I am suspecting the printer may not recognize non genuine parts - should I expect any difficulties in this relation?

I have a cannon 99160 and have no trouble using the generic ink cartridges, it recognises them as genuine. Hope this helps

My MFC-J6730DW brother printer sees non-genuine ink cartridges but still prints, the difference I've found from genuine is that the accuracy with ink volume isn't always correct
