We had to chase up for the carpet to be laid on the morning promised and he didn't show up till lunchtime. As soon as we got home you could see it was pulling away from edges and nailed down in a lot of places. We paid for premium carpet that is iling and pulling in areas. Tried contacting Carpet Call and have had no response. We will be paying this off for 2 years and instead nice new carpet we have rubbish. Would never use them again

We had our house (4 bedrooms, lounge/dining room) carpeted by Carpet Call. The 2 men who laid it, arrived on time and did a good job. They were very professional and left the house neat and tidy. The man from Jindalee Carpet Call who came out to measure up our house was very helpful and friendly.

Bought carpet from Taylor’s Lakes store. Sales person misled us and lied to us about furniture moving charges, which is apparently acceptable by VCAT. Installers caused damage to adjoining existing flooring and to our home gym flooring.

They try to show they are caring, but deny everything and you get left with having to fix their damage yourself.

Very bad experience, would never use them again. They ruined all enjoyment of getting a new carpet for almost $9000.

From the get go Omar from Campbelltown Carpet Call really met our needs for our flooring, very professional. Great customer service and was always willing to meet us halfway giving us the best deal. Terrible terrible experience with this company, they have no idea about customer service, especially the head office team.! They don’t pride themselves on customer satisfaction whatsoever. When I asked for charcoal carpet, I expected charcoal carpet, not plum.! So upset and will be making sure no one I know touches any stores or this money hungry company.!

Osborne Park store sales honest, straightforward, listened.
We ordered kitchen laminate and family room carpet, both laid by Proffessional layers on dates they provided, cleaned up afterwards.
Would not go anywhere else and would recommend Osborne Park store for great service.

Great Service from Matt the salesman at Balcatta, very efficient. The installer was running late but text to let me know in advance, then the job was completed in no time! Under an hour, very impressed!
