We have finally replaced our old & shabby carpet with new carpet from Carpet Right @ Belrose & it looks fabulous. It has really freshened the house up & we were very happy with the staff help & also the installers who did a nice job

From the time my wife and I first entered the showroom in Brookvale, the friendly service and product assistance was excellent, particularly from Paul. When came the time to have the carpet layed, the boys were professional and tidied up everything and put the furniture back. All in all, I would recommend Carpet Right over others, and we went to a few, for price, quality and service.

The two hardest working and most organised people I have ever seen arrived right on time and went straight to work laying quickly and scrupulously accurately. They completed a massive job and left all in perfect order.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Purchased carpet recently from the Brookvale store. Greg was was a great help and demonstrated excellent product knowledge and understood our needs exactly. The installation guys were on time, professional and efficient. Altogether a very good experience for what initially we feared would be a difficult process.

Had three lift foyers re-laid in our apartment building. Got some good advice on carpet and underlay from Manuel at Drummoyne. Laying turned out to be a little rough in a couple of places but Manuel had Stephen come to rectify them and they are now perfect. Manuel was great to deal with. Overall, a good experience.

We could not have been happier, from the initial contact with Luke at Belrose to the expert laying of the carpet by Glen.
The rooms look great and the carpet is everything we expected.

This is our fourth carpet installation by Carpet Right Belrose over 32 years. This time we chose Lawson Brand in Cathedral Grey with Stepright underlay for the most luxurious comfort possible . We appreciate the excellent sales service and advice and the careful detailed installation by the highly qualified and friendly team.

Best I have dealt with. Installation date was flexible to fit in with the builder. All requests were dealt with promptly. Carpet is perfect, and well priced.

Ordered Cavalier Bremworth Carpet from Carpet Right when it was on sale - they check measured and held the stock several months until the house was ready for install. They installed when requested and did an excellent job, highly recommended!

Jordan, the sales are very patient and professional. Quotation in time and reasonable. Need to reschedule for 3 times but Jordan is so helpful and nice. Work is good quality and done really well. Highly recommend!

From the courteous attention in the showroom shown by Roger to the installation of the carpets by 2 very helpful and cheerful young guys Jamie and Kincaid, the whole thing went smoothly. They did a great job and the new carpeted rooms look beautiful. Also they helped with moving some heavy furniture. The price was very fair compared to a major retailer nearby whose quote was $1000 more and they wanted to charge extra for moving any furniture.

Would not deal with them. They are not competitive and the salesperson was rude. Promises, promises and no follow through

We have an odd shaped room and Carpet Right tried to keep cost down by having a join near the doorway, to minimise amount of carpet required. Whilst carpet has a 10-15 year guarantee, laying only has 12 month warranty so we weren't happy having a join right where you step into the room. The layout was not explained to us until the day of laying. So to lay the carpet properly in the room, they had to order more carpet and charged us more. We tried to change the layout to avoid ordering more carpet but this wasn't possible without having a joint ...

Jordan and his team were timely in quoting and following up to complete the whole process in quite a quick time frame.The whole room has a whole new feel and look - even better than we anticipated.

The team were really excellent & professional. The carpet layers were really polite and were quick, neat & tidy. The finished job is outstanding.

Jordan in Victoria Avenue was very helpful and followed up very quickly with quote and measure. Joe the installer did a fabulous job, tidied up and even vacuumed when finished.

Having purchased carpet from Carpet Right Drummoyne previously and been happy with both service and carpet obviously we used them again at our new address. The carpet New Sensations with Stepright foam underlay is a dream to walk on - looks beautiful - and again, we are very happy with all aspects of the purchase.
