Happy with Customer service
I purchased an item via Catch for the first time ever. Unfortunately the item did not stand up to the hype on the ad. So I returned it, but after a month I still hadn't received a refund. I got in touch with Catch customer service and within 3 days I had a full refund. Well done Catch!

Great Easter gift

Great Customer Service
Have shopped with Catch for years from the days when it was 1 product / per day at 12 noon. I have had missing items, mixed up orders and other issues over the many years. All have always been resolved in a timely positive manner.In the early days I found accessing the Help Centre confusing but they have improved and I have become more comfortable communicating via email rather than phoning. They responded promptly to my latest missing item enquiry and I received the item 3days after the original package.

Real deal
Have brought heaps of stuff from catch during this isolation period, bored I guess from Nixon watches, hoodies, to Calvin Klein boxers everything is legit and comes in an expect time, with so many people buying random stuff it’s not far away I brought a afends t shirt tonight for $10. In a store it’s $35-50 AUD!

Great product...crap delivery
First time I have used this website, quite surprised of the quality of the product I bought, it really outweighed my expectations, I am very happy with it, very. The postage/delivery timeframe...typical Australian rubbish service, as someone else pointed out I received an item from overseas quicker than the rubbish service Aussies have to put up with, Covid or no Covid...unfortunately the companies have no choice but to use Oz postal/courier services...maybe they should reload at their contracts with them...

Catch - Just Wines
What a mess - ordered 3 dozen wines from Catch with the seller being Just Wines. Originally received 1 tracking number and after not getting any tracking on Aus Post received another number from Just Wines which did show some tracking info. After 2 and a bit weeks finally received 2 dozen wines - but where was the 3rd dozen?? Kept asking for the tracking number for the missing dozen - no responses and no tracking number. So frustrating - had no idea if they had sent the 3rd parcel.

the worst service I've ever seen
I ordered the goods, but within three weeks I never got anything. Wrote a message to their support team - they ignored it. A couple of days later I asked for a refund - not even a real person answered, but a robot "since you have not yet received your goods then the refund we can not do you. This is ridiculous and unthinkable! I believe that I gift them my money and I am no longer waiting for my order. But if you now plan to buy something from them: DO NOT DO IT!!!

Beware Club Catch
Bought a Christmas gift from Catch in December and inadvertently must have signed up for Club Catch membership. I only just became aware that my MasterCard was being debited and this week have cancelled the membership. Even though I have explained that I never intended to join and have not availed myself of any of the benefits membership provides a refund was refused.

Terrible
I have never wrote a bad review before however, I ordered online a product for my newborn baby and she has aged a whole month waiting for said product. I’ve been told a different story every email and now refused a refund because it was suppose to be sent out this week but to no surprise it hasn’t been sent out. Apparently it’s due to covid-19? But I’ve received a order from London in two weeks and this has been 4 weeks when stated in their website it should of taken 2-4 business days? It’s a literal joke and I feel scammed.

Customer Service Amazing!!!
I had a customer service experience tonight that was completely unexpected and amazing to be honest. My enquiry and solution to a problem was both responded to and fixed just a few minutes after I had sent it through. Whilst I’m not one to use customer service all that often in any sector, my experiences have certainly not been that good for many years now, so this was extremely refreshing. Well done to Glarissa and the team at Catch. Has certainly justified my ongoing service over the past few years.

Great game! Really fun edition of Monopoly
Monopoly Nightmare Before Christmas Edition. Arrived in perfect condition, product better than expected. Having great family fun with this one! Customer services from Catch was outstanding given the delay in delivery due to Covid19. Will definitely purchase from Catch again.

Avoid at all costs.
This company is a rip off please google what you want to buy before buying from here qnd you will be surprised. Was a customer for a longtime before i realized i was getting ripped off for years. Catchclub is a scam. Avoid you have been warned. Customer service is the worst and will close all requests for contact. Avoid have lost all my families business.

Poor delivery
I ordered a product from them on the 6 April which has still not been delivered. I reached out to catch on the 17th. The response was basically do not contact us for 14 days after the product has left the warehouse because Aust Post is being impacted by Covid-19.
I contacted them Again today to say I still don’t have it and they told me I need quickly to get to Lowood Post office as they will only hold it for 5 days. The problem is the package was to be delivered to Sydney some 1000 kilometres away, and I am think Catch is expecting me ...Read more

They have also given me a tracking number of a package that was delivered to a Queensland address last Friday so I can’t even track it They are blaming coronavirus for the late delivery but no one else is having the same level of issues and you can’t even ring them as their call centre is closed due to coronavirus I feel I have been ripped off and have no way of effectively contacting them to sort out the issues.1 comment

Quality service and prompt customer experience
Personal thanks to Edgar from customer service for providing an outstanding end-to-end service.
I ordered 2 items, 1 of 2 arrived on time, however, 2 of 2 went astray in the delivery system.
All I did was email my concern to Catch customer service and the rest of their resolution process was executed promptly. I didn't even do any follow ups!

Have you given Correct address on the package? Or correct order number? I have spoken to Australian post they have said the tracking number that you have given me do not relate to my address. So for the last time I haven’t received my items this has been going on too long. Go back find my correct order details and tell me when and where I can expect my package.
