My parcel was late by auspost but when contacted catch they processed it Straight away

I have used Catch on a few occasions for products like dishwasher tablets (expensive in supermarkets) and Mould Power (not available in major supermarkets and otherwise hard to find)
Good follow up and customer service whe AustPost tracking failed to show progress after prompt order processing and despatch, they finally turned up safe and sound

I ordered from the Marketplace, however the items were sold out. Unfortunately the email for this notification went to my Spam folder. After contacting the customer service, the matter was investigated and I got my refund promptly. It was great and easy communication.

I made a mistake with some of my details on an order and Catch replied to my email very quickly and resolved the problem all within the space of an hour. That's impressive customer service!

Finding and ordering was easy via Catch, the highly visible colour & stripes of the warm Safety Fleece is exactly what is needed when riding a bike at night or poor conditions.

Have shopped at catch for years never had any issues. If a product has been faulty it has been resolved, refunded and replaced quickly. Catch have been very supportive in my online shopping experience.

I have placed several orders through Catch, no problems with quality of the products purchased, competitive prices delivery was ok, occasionally delayed but not due to Catch, Australia post delayed the delivery due to Covid. Customer services was responsive and helpful

Ordered wrong sized product by mistake, Catch could not of been more willing and able to help assist in correcting the error even though under there terms and conditions the problem remains with the purchaser

I ordered the wrong item and put in my wrong email address, got refunded within 30 mins and all on a Sunday.

Ordered on a Sunday, delivered within a couple of days. The order was perfect and the cable matched the TV and the Wii. So no problems. It was compatible also.

I received a very prompt follow up on an order that I made, that I hadn’t yet received. Roan was professional, quick and genuine while assisting me! Given the current climate of Covid-19, I was surprised to get such a quick response but I did and the follow up was swift. I have been using Catch of the day for quite some time and I have not had to request a follow up on my order in the past so this experience was new but I would also applaud Catch and their ability to still maintain great customer service even during these Covid-19 times.

At first of was a bit hissy buying from Catch I thought why on earth they sellgood stuff cheaper than shops
But with a bit of research I finally got myself some items and compare to the exact same bought from shops and found it genuine. I talked to my friends and they said they buy from Catch for years now and how come I didn't know about.
Anyway I found it convenient to shop but many times I couldn't find my size or my favorite color
Many time it's already sold out. I guess others are faster than me. Specially ppl who are my size!

Purchased a stainless sink through Catch, which included a knife block and soap dispenser, inbuilt. The stainless steel soap dispenser started to crack after 15 months. The supplier refused to replace it as it was out of warranty. I complained to Catch and they went to bat for me. Thanks to Celia, marketplace dispute agent, the supplier is replacing the dispenser. Thanks Catch and Celia!!

Shopped at catch since 1 product per day . They are my go to for retail therapy or if I need an item . Sometimes things go “ wrong “ ( fault of supplier or manufacturer ) always resolved I have found their customer service the best I have experienced with online shopping . During the covid-9 lockdown had delivery problems beyond the expected delay time was looked into by catch and delivery was made within a day Always a great experience shopping with catch
