Bought a monitor with them more than 2 weeks ago, which was presented as 'in stock'. Received an Australia post tracking number for it, but the trick is the goods are 'consigned', not shipped. While the Centre Com call centre assures me the monitor is on its way, Australia Post confirms they haven't been given the goods yet. Given Australia Post works well for my other deliveries and the number of others complaints similar to mine, safe to assume the Centre Com is cashing in now and waiting for their next shipment. Don't deal with this business, pay a little more for a trustworthy name. Going to Consumer Affairs Victoria if not received in the next 3 days

Although I found verifying my card a tad annoying, I can appreciate the reason for it. I emailed for help, the responded in a clear and effective way for what needed to be done.

I purchased a $1000 monitor from Centercom. It has now been 3 weeks and no delivery, and they tell me they want me to wait another 10 business days for them to finish an investigation before providing me options.

I understand things getting lost in the mail but the customer service is TERRIBLE. I've called 4 times and every time they tell me to just wait until tomorrow and it will arrive.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Go elsewhere even if it costs you more.

Order Placed 26/March Order Number: 325835, emailed and called every day since and was told in transit, today 9/April still to receive order, (not due to corona virus as other parcels have come and gone) today 9/April, advised that is NOW in transit and provided -Tracking number: OYNZ50009462 ( the absolute WORST transaction I have had with any supplier in Melbourne)

Great easy to use online shopping during this COVID-19 isolation period. I needed headsets with microphone they arrived within a week and they are fabulous. Really recommend using this store to find what you need and the range of products available are fantastic.

Was reffered to them by a shopping site showing they had the best price on dlink modem they shipped it in under 12 hours standard delivery. Couldnt recomend them higher.

I purchased a HP Laserjet printer online and inadvertently used the wrong model number. They were totally uncooperative in considering a return and the reorder of the printer I wanted. I am now stuck with an inappropriate printer.

I've had an account with Centrecom for 11 years and this time it's been pretty slow. It's taken a message to find out how long it's going to take for something to happen. Usually happy with the service, but not this time around.
