We had the most miserable week with moving and even though I couldn’t really afford a bond clean I am so glad I got it done by your company.

I am happy with the quality of the clean.

However there were a few negatives:
1. The shower glass was not cleaned well
2. The cleaner stole a roll of my toilet paper which I think is quite unprofessional.
3. They were an hour late

Sahil is a good assets for the company and excellent and reliable professional for client.

Sahi is quite new in Australia though he proved that he can do good job for the company he works for and for the Australia community as a whole.

They failed to Do anything that the website provides. Carpets weren’t even cleaned with chemicals. Made to come back and after 4 attempts they only just passed. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I hired them for bond cleaning, but they haven't done the normal cleaning. They came back next day after sending exit report, they just came in and said everything is been done. Still me and my partner had to clean everything. If you choose these cleaners, you definitely never get your bond back.

Cheap bond cleaning teamvdid my carpet for bond cleaning at my rental house in darra. Carpet look new after clean. Dani carpet cleaner is nice person with good knowledge of cleaning product.

This company missed several aspects of the quoted bond clean in my place. They left in a hurry and then I was informed by the rental agency that they hadn't cleaned everything they were supposed to. I gave them 3 days notice to arrange a re-clean but they refused to do it without seeing an entry report from the agent!! Even when I sent them the emails saying it was unsatisfactory they wouldn't come back without the form. They told me it was my fault for not giving them enough notice - even though they are the ones who didn't finish their job in the first place. With a new tenant moving in the afternoon of the fourth day, I had to go and clean the house again myself. Don't waste your money, they are ripoff merchants.

Do not use this cleaning service - there are better options. My property required re-clean, which was rushed and lacked any attention to detail. After the re-clean I ended up having to clean dirty marks off cupboards, mop floors and fix cooktop quickly as tenants were moving in the next day. I complained to management about the poor clean and rushed re-clean. I was told that I should have just asked for another re-clean (a third one!!). I do not have time to muck about organising additional cleans when really I expect the first clean to be done properly. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

They took deposit upfront, then changed cleaning times the day before, then left the building without cleaning it and I had to wait around for an hour for them to show up late in the evening - then they tried to charge me more! I came back and checked the next day; they had scuffed one of the walls, not wiped down any of the other walls (there was still blue tac left on them) and not cleaned any of the skirting on the floorboards. Worst bond clean I've experienced - I could have done a better job myself.

My carpet cleaning done by these guys. The were on time without any trouble. I am happy with the work. Real estate agent check the property no problem found. Thanks you guys i will take your service again.

They take deposit. Give quote then upon arrival advise the cost will be a lot more. Don't refund the deposit either. Con artists. The 5 star reviews must be themselves!

Request to be paid first, Didn't clean my property I complained the very next day got the run around, now are stating it's past 7 days and refuse to do the job they were paid to do

Used their services when I finally bought my own place and wanted to get a thorough clean prior to moving in - used bond clean, carpet steam, and pest control.
Found a cockroach in the kitchen on the first night of moving in.
Cupboards, Windows, under sink area, ovens - all a mess. Gave them 2 weeks to clean and multiple return services and each time a little bit more was done but never a proper clean. Finally decided this was money wasted and have resorted to clean myself.

Will never use this service provider, nor recommend them to any of my friends.

I am happy with the work done by cheap bond cleaning team. Good price. Cleaners were on time polite and professional. I will recommend to everybody.

Waste of money. Sliding door tracks, oven and exhaust fan vents all left dirty. When contacted the owner/manager, he refused to send anyone back to finish the job. Had to deal with it ourselves. He was unphased about the consequence of poor reviews online or through word of mouth.
