My flight was CZ322 on 28th of June. It took me nine and a half hours from Mel to Can. It was thankful because the crew knew that I had a cold then got one more blanket for me immediately. I felt comfortable throughout the flight because of the tender care and service.

I booked the tickets from the China Southern Official website from Dubai to China Guangzhou city. Everything went smoothly from check-in to baggage claim.
I forgot to order the special meal for myself but thankful all the meals they serve are Muslim meal. The flight attendants are very nice and beautiful.

I took a flight (CZ319) with my sister from Chongqing to Perth via Guangzhou on 15th June 2022. Although the aircraft was delayed for about 25 minutes, the cabin crew explained the reason patiently to us. The landing time was much earlier than expected. Overall, the food is fresh, but the choice is relatively small. The seats are not too crowded for me. The most satisfying aspect is the service. When there was a problem with my screen, the cabin crew came over to help me to solve it. What needs improvement is the network connection. It’s a bit boring to have no internet connection on such a long journey. All in all, I am quite satisfied with this flight.

I was a passenger on CZ332/01JUN, FRA-HHA-CAN, with seat No. 31H.

My destination is CAN. I was very impressed by the service in the cabinet. The flight attendants were so nice and patient to everyone. I sit on the first row of economic class. Even if I was 185cm, I could stretch my legs naturally. The flight lasted about 16hrs which was a long journey. However, the flight attendants from time to time served the food and drink, or tour in the cabinet to check if there was any need from the passengers. They always tried their best to match our requests, with warm smile on their faces.

Many thanks to CZ and the excellent crew of CZ332/01JUN. They made me feel like home in flight. Definitely CZ will be my prior choice of my future journey.

Booked through official app at low price CZ321 From GuangZhou to Melbourne. Great meal,intimate service. I got 2 extra meal cause i was starving lol....Although the price of China southern airline might be a little bit high(compare to Qxntas) But it is absolutely worth~

Booked through a Travel agent at a reasonable price. I flew with 2 others from Melbourne to Guangzhou on Flt Nº CZ-344 Returned on Flt Nº CZ-321- Business Class. Travel time 9.5 Hrs.. Experienced very good service and meals. Flight attendants were very caring. The cabin was clean and it was noticeable that the toilets were checked and cleaned by the attendants after each use. There were no language problems. This was the first time we had flown with China Southern. We all would not hesitate to choose China Southern again.

I been flight with China southern airline business 3 to 4 times, they always provide good service compare to some other airline.

All processes are good and servicing is good. I usually fly every two months and the experience is good and comfortable throughout the flight. I want the WIFi on the plane, however, it may me a little disappointed

Flew from LAX to CAN with CZ0328. The flight was around 14 hours. The crew provided great service and asked me if I needed anything pretty frequently. I sat further back my seat was at 76H. Thank you for your great service. Best airline to fly internationally.

The journey back to Auckland on CZ305 on 29th May 2022 was definitely a pleasure ride. The crew is very friendly and patient with any inquiries. Nice meals and great selection of movies.

Was on cz344 on 4 Apr 2022 from Melbourne to Guangzhou, an extremely excellent trip, except there was no wifi. However, cabin crew informed us before taxing which has comforted us. aircraft was new with roomy seats. The movies in the entertainment system are up to date.

The stewardesses were nice, kindly, helpful and considerate, always with a smile and are willing to help. Had an enjoyable flight, Recommended airline.

The cabin crew were very attentive to my needs throughout the flight. The meals and snacks offered on the flight was good with wide range of selections. And the price I paid for the ticket was value for money. Good job.

On May 10, 2022, I made a long flight from toronto to Guangzhou on CZ 312, and I was a little unfamiliar to ride Chinese Airlines as a Korean. but the stewardess Zhang Yueyao responded with her fluent Korean language in response to the demands of our family.The two meals were fine, and the snacks and beer were excellent, compared to other airlines, They provided me coffee and sandwiches whenever I wanted.
I was sorry that there was little Korean subtitle video service.

As a frequent flyer with China Southern Airlines, I once again had a peaceful flight last night via catching Cz325 on 14 May 19. As usual, the crew members were nice and polite to me and other passengers. Especially, the staff - Xinyan Wang has assisted me to sort out my wifi connection issue, and I was much appreciated. It is always my first choice to travel with China Southern Airlines, I highly recommend anyone who considers to travel to China.

I was traveling with China Southern Airlines CZ302 from Sydney to Guangzhou on 13May. I This is a really great trip. It’s my first time take the flight of China southern airlines, their service is much beyond my expectation. They have many choices of food and beverages, the Chinese food which the stewardess recommended me is very impressive.

The flight from Shanghai to Guangzhou was on the brand new refurbished A330 in the Recaro style economy class seat. The seat was very comfortable and the legroom was awesome. The new IFE was also one of the best i've seen. The food was just above average. I appreciated that China Southern included an amenity kit in economy class and there was a blanket on the 1 hour and 30 minute flight. The crew on board was super friendly and efficient. Amazing flight.

I was traveling with China Southern Airlines CZ301 from Guangzhou to SYD on 12May. The cabin seats are spacious, the food is delicious and the stewardess has a good service attitude. Southern Airlines is my only choice.

I took a flight from Guangzhou to Brisbane (flight number CZ381) on 9/5/2019. Flight crew Yanan Sun, Yu Shan and a lot of other cabin crew offered me a lot of help. They have made this long distance flight enjoyable.
