Cheap gas Hoses

published

Have owned this for 5 years and the original gas hoses leaked like a sieve from the regulator to the welder and internally. I am now finding the hoses for TIG hand piece are perished. I am a hobby user and expected with low usage that the hose will have lasted.

When you say you were literally dying to get it delivered, what do you mean? Did you die, in the end, or was it delivered in time?

Hi Flips. Sorry for the delay in replying. As you may have noticed. I did die. Hence the long delay, the welder actually brought me back to life also, that is how fantastic this piece of kit is. Haha

I have a weldskill 170 that when you try to strike an arc the overheat light comes on, It has done this every now & then, requires switching of & back on & is generally ok for awhile, however now it just keeps putting o/heat light on & is unusable. Anyone know how or where to fix this problem,as I would like to keep it going as it is an excellent welder when working, It has done very little work.
