I'm giving a top rating even though it was faulty out of the box. The welder had an internal gas leak and wouldn't hold pressure when the gas solenoid was closed. Contacted the service department who confirmed it was faulty. Easy to fix and turned it around in two days - great service. Welder works very well on pulse AC for aluminium and the adjustable frequency is very handy for very thin sheet. Highly recommend not withstanding the miss on quality assurance for the unit.

Only used the TIG function so far, very stable arc and HF light off very good. Comes with high quality hand piece and flexible head, just wish the start button was below the amp adjust so that gloves do not make fine adjustment when moving along the weld. Fells like Commercial Quality.

The feel and function of this machine is in a league of its own; the only thing that I've used that comes close was a Fronius. The arc is incredibly smooth and the hand piece that comes with it, using the T2 technology is extremely light weight and comfortable. The pulse is what I really love about this machine, enabling me to be able to stack dimes with ease. I predominantly weld stainless steel in a factory setting and it's just a handy light weight machine with all the features one needs to get the job done. I also use this welder on my YouTube Channel. I highly recommend this machine.

I bought the 200 AC/DC after recommendations on facebook so I thought I have to give this thing a try and see what the rave is all about. It welds great and the amount of settings on this machine really covers all types of welders and our needs. If you are looking for an AC/DC welder and don’t want to spend a fortune It’s a no brainer to buy this unit. This tig has made welding easy, the many functions and adjustments are incredible more than I expected, from the hand piece which has adjustments all the way back to the adjustments where almost everything is covered and the staff at Akins welding supplys Im Tormina Nsw are great

This machine is awesome, have used it for mostly AC and DC tig, and a little bit of stick welding. Have used AC pulse mig for marine aluminium and it has a very smooth arc. The pulse function is awesome and makes this machine very versatile. Spent a lot of time researching welders for myself before deciding on this machine, the price and the features were best value for money. The Tig torch is of very good quality and the earth clamp is heavy duty and much better than some other brands. Gas regulator is of great quality, the hose and quick disconnect plug make moving the bottle and machine around very easy. Highly recommended to any one who wants to use it for hobby work or in a small fabrication workshop!

the machine is easy to use, compact,quiet and very powerful.The accessories are are of good quality.The only thing I dont like is the control on the side of the foot control for some reason Im bumping it and it gets turned down alot.

I purchased the unimig machine after I watched a youtube video of someone using it. The welds produced by this machine are really clean and i couldnt be happier, It also came with a unique torch that I really like which also featured a flexi-head already fitted which was a great bonus too.
