Ok...9A Ash Blonde

published

Touched up my hair had very dark brown ( mousey) roots.... following instructions to blend through after 25mins, however I sat down to read reviews & got a bit nervous about leaving it on any longer. However it's not too bad, was hoping slightly lighter, but I think has blended ok with existing color. Overall I left in for 30 minutes....

Heart breaking

Do not use this new formula.I've just relized why my hair has been coming out in clumps for a year.....this changed product is cheap and nasty.I've cryed over losing my hair, but at least I know why now.The colour is not the same either. Will never use this product again

What happened to Nice & easy Pale ash blonde?

published

I used Nice &Easy Pale Ash Blonde for years. I didn't need to bleach and tone my hair because one application would lift it to the pale ash color I liked. I don't know why Clairol changed the formula and discontinued the pale ash blonde.

Purchased in at Walmart for $3.99.

BRING BACK THE OLD NICE N EASY SHADES,PLEASE!!

published

Please, please, please bring back the old formular I've been using for the last few years. Since you brought out the new formula, the colours are different and my hair has become so dry and now lacks the lustre and shine I have previously been complimented on . Why on earth change something brilliant to something that makes my hair feel and look like straw!! I don't suppose your people at the top will read these comments, but I'm sure other consistent and regular Nice n Easy users will echo my sentiments !

What have you done to this?

published

I have used your product now for over 30 years. I have had many different colours over the years. Always been thrilled with it. After each use the product seemed to get my hair back into good condition. Since you changed the shape of the box, and goodness knows what else you have changed, my hair feels dreadful after each application. I cannot carry on using it. I have to change products unless you are planning to revert to the previous formula. So disappointed. Sorry I just had to write to you as I am worried about the state of my hair.

Having used Nice & Easy for years, I will not buy it again.

published

I have used nice & easy for years being very happy only since they changed the formula & colour, I will not buy or can recommend this product to anyone.
The colour was brown yellow, & ended up having to buy another dye from a different make to redo my hair.

Why oh why have you spoilt it

published

Why oh why have you altered a perfectly excellent and easy to use product for one that adds a green hue to hair and is almost impossible to apply by yourself. How can you ensure you only do the roots when doing the back of your own hair! I have used for over 20 years with no problems at all but now find my well loved nice n easy has turned into a monster. After so many bad reviews surely Clairol have to admits their mistake and go back to the tried and tested product. You are forcing us to change. Why?

Terrible product

published

Have been using nice and easy for years since i was a teenager and have always been really happy with it until now! Why on earth have they changed the formula? Was supposed to be a nice light blondie brown colour and has turned out a really dull dark brown, almost black. Am so upset with this product. Why change it? I will never ever buy it or recommend it to anyone again.

Something's Very Wrong

My light blond hair is now two tone brown! Wanted to go light ash blond - now brown on top and very dark brown all around edges. Looks like someone but a bowl on my head to color my hair. I’m sick over it.

Very disappointed in new formula

published

I have used this product for several years. This new formula is darker when first put on but within 2 weeks the color is washed out, roots are not covered & my hair feels like straw. Very bad. Hate to go thru process of finding another product & right color. Sure wish Clariol would go back to the old formula. Not a winning formula!

UNNATURAL Light Ash Blonde

published

It would have been cheaper to just empty a bowl of custard over my head. This new colour - 9A Light Ash Blonde (they appear to have dropped the 'Natural' from all the names, which is honest if nothing else) - is YELLOW. I don't want YELLOW hair. So I will not be buying this YELLOW hair dye ever again. In fact, I will not be buying any of Clairol's hair colours ever again.

Okay, Clairol people ! So how do I fix this mess your product has made of my hair.? You need to be held accountable for ruining people’s hair. In the meantime, you need to fire your quality control department. Or, maybe that’s the problem, you don’t have one. You need to pull your product from the shelves before you ruin more people’s hair.
