Since they changed the formula, it burns my scalp and leaves it itchy and the skin around my gaur line red. My hair has started falling out and breaking. Pls try another brand as this one is terrible and no good for your hair.

I have been using this colour for a lot of years now which has recently changed to 3.5BG and now very disappointed as they have changed the quality of it and the colour is also different it comes out more orange than ever before - never been disappointed with the colour before. I have purchased another box just to try again just in case the mix was incorrect. Fingers crossed it's better otherwise I feel I'm going to have to choose a different product pity after all these years.

oops no glasses on and added conditioner to the activator. Is it still ok to add colour and use?
Ali, I don't think it would work that well, as the activator would have been diluted too much to work properly.
