I attended the parramatta clinic for a microdermabrasion session with Tyneesha, she was very professional and made me feel so comfortable. I left feeling a million dollars. I would definitely recommend this clinic

I started seeing the girls in Parramatta in September. I’ve noticed my face is more smoother and less blemishes. I am using the products with has also made a huge difference. My favourite is the masks to do at home.

I’ve found the service super informative and lovely staff, they always make me feel really well looked after! Really know their stuff when it comes to skincare, and there’s a lot of room to customise the treatment for what you want

I have been going to clear skin care in parramatta for years now, i am obsessed with there skin care range. To know i am using high quality active ingredients that have been formulated by a dermatologist at such a great cost makes me so happy. The girls are so knowledgeable and really take there time to make me feel special.

I visited the new clinic at West Lakes yesterday for teeth whitening and Noleen was fantastic, she talked me through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable. My teeth look great! Going back for a follow up appointment to make sure they are sparkling white for my besties wedding in a few months time. Thanks Noleen!

The Chermside franchise does a good quality job on treatments but the customer service is an absolute joke. They leave people waiting at the desk for periods of 20 minutes or more, who are just trying to book appointments, buy treatment plans, or buy products. This would be resolved if they had a receptionist.

Absolutely disgusting customer service I sent an email last week enquiring about a special you had on, then I called this morning to discuss the deal and arrange a booking only to be told by the lady on the other end of the phone she could not find the special I was talking about. I explained it was on Facebook and was told you would arrange for the Southport store to call me...I am still waiting for a reply from this company not only a return call but I still have not had a reply to my email!!! I have also sent a message bia messanger, which has been read, however still no reply!! I will be taking my business elsewhere

The lighten cream is my absolute favourite! Its made a big difference to my skin. I cant live without it. I see Connie at Mount Lawley. She is the best!

I was getting IPL treatments done from a different clinic in the past and found that the hair was not completely going. After only 4 laser treatments Ive seen a big improvement already at clear skin in Whitfords!

First, the girls here at Whitfords clear skincare are always friendly and knowledgeable. Before my treatment, I had some acne and scarring that wont go away, within a month of the LED peel treatment, I saw a difference right away. Overall, very happy with it all

I have been going for full IPL then laser hair removal for over a year. The hair falls out and just grows back again. Very disappointing. Have heard the same feedback from others. The last time I went to the clinic I was informed that I needed to go strictly every 5 weeks, but when I started the treatment this was never explained to me. I work FIFO in another state so this was never going to be possible. The booking process is also frustrating, the calls often dont go through, and what prompted me to make this review is the rudeness of the lady that answered the phone to me.

The Robina clinic has done nothing but lie every single day for 2 weeks about processing my $300 refund for a procedure GP said No I cant another dodgy clinic

Wonderful treatment lovely girls,all treatments have been successful,they have always told me the exact downtime with the treatment,sold me the correct products to be using, will discuss any concerns I have.

I love the friendly staff at Clear Skincare and the obvious improvement in my skin that myself and others have noticed. Have been getting so many compliments lately, makes me feel so much better at my age!
