I was very happy with my purchase and also with the service the barometer arrived on the stated date and if i need another one will be happy to buy from this company

Recently purchased a Cobb & Co barometer as a wedding gift. Product arrived promptly and very pleased with the quality.

Our Cobb & Co clock was made with numeric numbers so the kids could learn the time.
Really happy with this clock, it's a centrepiece on the kitchen wall and often l an asked where l purchased it. Great customer service and turn around time.

The barometer I purchased is really high quality, graet finish and looks fabulous. We are very happy with the whole process

Happy with the product but advertised 12 days to arrive. If you mean 12 business days you should say so. It should not matter that you were closed for Easter.
This being said it did arrive within 12 business days.

I bought a Cobb & Co railway clock from Clock Central. The clock looks great, keeps good time and I had no problems with the ordering and payment. However the company continues to send marketing emails to customers even if they requested no newsletters and unsubscribed. So excellent rating for product and transaction, terrible rating for post-sale marketing, ok overall. I like the clock, but not the spam.

I ordered a clock with a personalised dial.
The next day (Monday) I received an email telling me the dial is being customised.
They contacted me the next day with the artwork for approval.
I had the clock within a week!!!! Better than the 12 days they advertise

Just adding my experience to the list. Online transaction conducted with Clock Central early last year, credit card scammed less than two months later. I hadn't made the connection until reading these reviews. It's not proof, but it's enough to deter me from using this company's online transaction system.

Was prompted to search for reviews when my Cobb & Co. Railway Wall Clock stopped working after five years for no apparent reason.

+ stylish good looks; wood has retained its burnished appearance after five years
- loses maybe one minute per month and requires intermittent resetting; quality of actual timepiece and materials (wooden frame aside) is questionable.

Still waiting for the clock and yesterday funnily enough, they tell me the clock has been lost in transit. I have been waiting since February. Now they tell me I will get a refund as soon as possible. Let's see how long this will take.

Tried to order via credit card in mid Feb 2016. Credit card didn't work and sent them money via bank transfer. This was only credit card transaction in Feb. Credit card cleaned out 1 week later. No clock, no response to emails or telephone.

Called Darren at Cobb & Co Clocks in Moorabin Vic who appears to supply them clocks. He sorted it out and sent me a clock. It appears they just send the odd clock to keep the cc fraud ticking over. If you want a clock go direct to Cobb & Co clocks at Moorabin.

Order was received in 8 business days. Definitely Victorian business not foreign owned. Card payment system is not secure at the moment as my card was hacked too but this will likely be fixed asap as they are aware of it. Customer service was frustrating but I get the impression they are a young business so not unexpected. I would buy again however I would checkout with Paypal and not credit card.

Used this company to purchase a barometer. Very poor communications and my credit card was scammed a week later. Seems to happen quite a lot with this company!!!
Not certain where they are based, but certainly one to avoid or it will cost you time and money!!!

I ordered a clock a week ago, have had no communication from company. Have tried to contact with no results. My credit card was scammed the next day and after reading reviews have found out this has happened to other people. I think the website is not in Australia as you only get answering machine. Stay clear in my opinion.

I made an order for my boyfriend for Christmas and two months later, three emails and a phone call, had all of them telling me different delivery dates and now no one will reply to me.
Am going to take legal action as was a very expensive watch and have never had such bad service!
I have only been polite and have asked for them to look into it or send a replacement as their terms and conditions say they will, but nothing.

I ordered a clock off clock central on 18th Jan, received it 2 days later. The quality was better than the pictures. I could only highly recommend.

Just got me clock in the mail it wos very quick and good quality. my grandson is going to be happy with his present.

Bought a Cobb & Co Wood watch, (the black one). Called and had a few questions, which were answered immediately. Ordered on the 12th, received it 2 days later. The watch is perfect.

Won't answer my emails or phone calls. I was promised 12 days delivery. It's been close to 4 weeks. I fear I have been scammed.
