Don't be fooled by the bland cover. 'Coles Smart Buy Wheat Bran Processed' is as good as any other wheat bran on the market, but much, much cheaper. A wonderful addition to sprinkle over hot buttered porridge with a sprinkling of sugar on a cold winters morning! This extremely healthy vitamin source can be added to biscuits, cakes, muffins, scones and is a good fibrous addition to milkshakes, healthshakes and egg-flips. The supplier of this bran is no longer producing it so it's not available at Coles (or Woolworths) any longer. According to Coles they will endeavour to find another source of the bran.
