Purchased an i9 MSI Trident which is a killer Machine. It was just before Christmas so the store was busy, but when purchasing the guys explained that everything was upgradable which was good. Giving them 4 stars not 5 because there were no MSI machines like the one I wanted to purchase out on display and they were overrun with customers before Christmas but the actually unit itself is awesome...

I have purchased a few things recently from Computer Alliance, including an ASUS ROG Zephyrus notebook computer, a 4TB Samsung 2.5" 860 QVO SATA 6Gbs SSD and 2 x 6TB + 1 x 4TB Western Digital 3.5" Black Hard Drives from Computer Alliance, and I have found their customer service and product knowledge to be excellent.

Just got a MSI Infinite 9SC-605AU. Quite a good deal for the extra monitor with the purchase. Haven not upgraded my previous desktop for about years. Looking for a better performance.

I purchased the MSI Infinite S 9SC-004AU RTX2060 to upgrade from my Alliance Gen9 i5 "Office" Desktop so that I can play Mechwarrior 5. When I called Sales, we went through the various option on how to do it and I was advised that the best option was to buy an MSI machine, which I then did. I am very happy with the advice and the service.

This desktop is excellent value for money. I've tested it on multiple games including battlefield V, overwatch, battlefront 2, sekiro: shadows die twice and a few others. The games all run flawlessly on the highest settings. Overall, extremely satisfied with my purchase.

I recently purchased a MSI trident X plus 9SD from computer Alliance during black friday sale. It's to be used for a dental intra oral scanner which requires high capacity CPU and Graphic card. I am so far very please with the result as everything runs very smoothly and definitely fulfill my requirement.

This is one of the few places that I can shop with confidence knowing that the quality of the product you are purchasing is guaranteed. In an era where it is getting increasingly difficult to find anything in a shop, I appreciate the service CA provides.

The only gripe I have is the way you have to queue just to let them know what you want. This means that if there are many customers, you could wait for 30 mins only to be told what you want isnt available which would be a colossal waste of time.
