However, the number of choices is a little limited. For instance, for AGL services, only AGL essential savers plan was included (while we were actually planning/looking into AGL essential plus).

I would highly recommend using connect now when you are moving house because it takes the stress out of disconnecting water, electricity, gas from your old property to your new property. You just tell them the dates and they sort it all out.

Impressived by responsiveness and escalation process to get champion stake holder for my case. I would suggest other for this optus. Just a minor is when it comes to physical connection of NBN, it took long time for NBN's technician to approach the issue.

I am sure it would be more useful if you had more things to connect. We just needed gas, electricity and internet. They couldn't offer us an internet provider who had good speeds, so we just went with gas and electricity. However, they told me I could easily change to green power online once it was set up. Turns out I had to get a whole new contract.

Your telephone team was quick to identify my needs and they were very helpful and informative. They also had a very comprehensive knowledge of all available products.
