Great company to deal with always prompt and reliable with their service, nothing is ever too hard for them. Even if things don't go to plan they find a solution to get it done.

After I had the lease signed for my new place, I got a call from them that very afternoon. Although it was a relatively lengthy phone call, I had everything settled within the hour. Electricity, gas, water + hot water & internet. I didn't even know I needed this service but that's probably the best thing that happened throughout the entire moving in process. Plus the rep on the phone was super helpful, very patient, extremely friendly. It was an amazing experience overall.

The process was clear and simple and the set up occurred without a hitch. The only thing I don't like is having to make up 30 words to submit this review!

Staff was really helpful and nice. Not rude and spends time on explaining stuff. She was not forceful as well, no pressure felt in affording their service. Happy with their service.

Being in the same home for 11 years and given a 2 week to vacate notice by our Landlord was stressful enough BUT connectnow took some of that stress away! It was one phone call from a person who treated you like a friend and not a number and next thing you know our water, gas and electricity were on, and office Thanks :-)

Connectnow called and arranged the water and electricity for me, nothing I need to worry about. Everything was well connected on the agreed day, no follow up is required on my end.

Such a great service requirement to be able to have access to. Connectnow calls you when it is convenient for you and assists you with those everyday services you need get around to arrange but always run out of time.

Ever since I left the deal connectnow signed me up to I have been pestered by random third party companies about my energy provider. This is far too much of a coincidence. This could have been AGL who I had my electricity with but I don't care, connectnow signed me up with them. The last call I got I asked them if they had any affiliation with connectnow, and they hung up immediately.

I used connect to get my gas and electricity on there was a bit of a mixup in the beginning but they sent out of their way to rectify the situation

They were great help in getting what I needed connected in my new home. They were very friendly an easy to talk with and super efficient in getting it all done

Connect now have been a fantastic help setting up all my utilities and even offering insurance for our home. Would recommend this service, very professional and everything was connected exactly how and when we needed it.

Wasn't able to get a quote from the companies I chose on the website! I ended up getting flooded with quotes from random companies I didn't want, and had to do google searches for the ones I wanted to deal with! The single star is for seeing the company I chose to use in the sidebar so I now know they exist! Terrible.

Easy, efficient, details that I could understand and very professional. No question was a problem and clarified with patience. They were on time to connect energy and kept me updated with the status of connection.

Did not deliver what they promised (a simple disconnect and connect when moving places) and wasted my time and money over months.
I have been charged TWICE for someone else's utility bills as they did not do their job which is a clear failure on their part.
Unless you want to cause yourself unnecessary headache and problems DO NOT USE.
I'm now wasting my time to write a review so other people can AVOID the same mistake that I made of using this service.

The team supported my move taking the burden of organising new utilities providers, connection, disconnection. It was smooth and painless process and my communication with the friendly team was always pleasant, getting answers to all my questions.

The team really took the time to make sure my move was as easy as possible and gave me all the info and assistance I needed to get comfortable in my new home.

Polite and very helpful service. Takes a worry from moving home. They also follow up and ensure everything goes to plan. I recommend using connectnow. They were certainly a time benefit.

Fails to disconnect electricity and blames customer for not calling back when in fact it was already agreed over the phone. Do not use these guys thinking that they will save your time. They will cause more trouble in the end.

I was given two choices of electricity, one of removalists, and none of internet providers! - so much for competition. Just a couple of clicks and I'd have saved 10 minutes - woo hoo! - then lost who knows how many $'s by not doing it myself. Useless.

If you want great service and don’t have to stress whether your utilities will be on when you move connect now is the way to go so give them a try

Person was very nice. Easy service, was quick.
One thing if I may say was the phone line (or internet line) was in a very bad condition, so very hard to hear what they say especially when they talk through the cotract. I cannnot to say "YES" or "Agree" when the person's voice are not very clear.

I was greeted by a friendly, no-nonsense professional team. I have had a few inquiries and have spoken with different team members. Each member with whom I was talking was ready to bend backward (as the saying goes) to solve all my issues with patience and effectively. Great experience.
