I accidentally ordered the wrong power and emailed contax4u to explain the situation and that i ordered the wrong grade of lenses, and to my surprise they were extremely understanding of the situation and after i returned my lenses they sent me the correct grade,,,, it was very good as nothing was a problem for them ...yes i would recommend them to all my friends
