Wow. As always. 8 years after discovering BN. Your culture at a team level is exquisite. Every single store I've been to in every Australian capital city, plus London is nothing but consistant, outstanding service. Claremont WA is a STAND OUT. Walked in tonight and the lady remembered us. Plonked down the 2 glasses my kids tried on a week ago. Quality brilliant. Problems if rarely encountered sorted without an ounce of fuss. Never change BN. You blokes are on to a winner.

I easily identified the frames I wanted from the displays. I knew the quality was good as I had used this provider before.

The staff at Bailey Nelson Fountain Gate are absolutely lovely. They were friendly and communicative and made sure to give us time to think about and discuss our options. All their glasses are modern and simple designs and best of all, you can add nose pads to frames that don't include them if you wish, which is a must for people with flat nose bridges like me.

Went in to exchange a pair of sunglasses I bought online. The ladies were very helpful and made the process very easy. Love my new sunglasses!

I was very happy with my whole experience at Bailey Nelson Eastland. The staff who helped me choose my glasses were friendly and patient. It took less than a week for my glasses to arrive in store after my test which I was very impressed with. And the products are great quality. Honestly, I have no points for improvement.
