My 3 year old had scratched the lenses of my glasses, I made an appointment with Specsavers in Blacktown and they kept me waiting for over an hour just sitting there so I looked online found 1001 optical, in Penrith booked an appointment went straight there had eyes tested picked new frames and was out the door in less time than I sat waiting at Specsavers so this is my new store!

I had lost my prescription glasses the day before and I was in dire need for a new pair which suited my very particular tastes, luckily David who guided me about helped me find a pair which were originally sunglasses with a very unorthodox lense. Though complicated to configure to such a lense, June managed to craft one within a day and thanks to them I can go about my day! Amazing service, would recommend.

We experienced the service was professional, patient, understand the need of the client and willing to do some more extra for the benefit of the client. The service was very much impressed and appreciated.

I took my 93 year old father to 1001 Optical Chatswood Chase for an eye test. The optometrist (Francis Chen) was very professional and patient with my father who is hard of hearing. Francis diagnosed advanced macular degeneration in one eye which a previous optometrist (from another company) did not detect over the last several years. He was professionally negligent.
I highly recommend Francis for his thorough examination of my father's eye sight.
