Paperwork was the most obtuse I've ever been involved with. Full of sales pitches for additional work.
Quoted fixed price including disbursements and GST and this was then over doubled just prior to settlement. Of course, by then, you can't pull the pin...
Now I can't even get a reconciliation statement from them as to how MY money was spent.

So we agreed on a price, verbal and via email and on several occasions. ONE DAY before settlement Conveyancing Melbourne Victoria provide their final document showing a higher price. I called and questioned this however as the Senior Conveyancer in charge was on leave (the one who quoted), I had to accept their fee to proceed and I was advised they will fix up after settlement.
Of course - after settlement the responses were vague, deflective and wouldn't address why the figures had changed. It seems they would rather cop a bad review then address the customer and show some form of integrity. They don't honour their word.

Not happy - should have read the reviews, wouldn't recommend.

What a joke. These guys are rip off merchants. They offer a fixed fee & then hide hidden charges at settlement which are automatically deducted.

They then stop all communication. Beware & do not use.

Conveyancing company called ''Conveyancing Melbourne Victoria'' with their website offers the worst customer service. They made the mistake, and they charged you an additional fee to fix it. Even with all the information on hands, on settlement date they don't have everything ready and try to delay settlement and charge additional cost for that.

After settlement you can't never contact them again, since they don't reply your email or calls and never send you the Settlement Statement.
