Manuel and his team provided exceptional customer service. The tiles that were recommended for my property were based on years of expertise, experience and knowledge. The installation was completed ahead of schedule as well. This was extremely satisfying from a customer point of view. Installation quality was above and beyond my expectation and even the communication process during the installation was second to none. Renovations can be a nightmare but Manuel and his team have made it a very positive experience. They came highly Recommended by a friend Who recently built her home. I first used CTM a few years back and it was a great experience so we had no hesitation in returning to them when we needed some new flooring. I have to admit that our initial return was not as great and I made our feeling known to the company. However their response was above and beyond what we expected and following a review of their staff training and a personal visit from the branch manager (Manuel) we could not have had a more personal and satisfying experience from then on. We purchased all our tiles for our new house through CTM Seven Hills. Manuel and the team went above and beyond to help us. We had a dilemma with timber flooring we purchased elsewhere, it had to be removed and we ended up ordering a better product from CTM Seven Hills. Because of the great service, we even purchased the carpet from them also. The whole houses flooring ended up being from CTM and we couldn't be more happier with the end result.

I recently bought all my flooring and bathroom tiles from CTM Seven Hills the sales team were always very accommodating. There tilers did a great job of our entertainment and pool area and I really like that they have a supervisor that comes out to the job site to inspect.

Sales rep (Francs) was very knowledgeable and helpful beyond duty of call.
Emmanuel (I think the Principal) was also equally helpful.
Installers (timber) were very punctual and precise with their job. Left site very clean which made it easy and less cleaning for me.
I highly recommend CTM and basically one stop shop so weekends are easier :)

We used CTM just over a week ago. From the outset with Franz from Sales, Makaila from Customer Service and Ali who completed the installation, we had a terrific experience. I would like to highly recommend both Franz and Ali. Franz was very courteous and honourable and Ali was a complete pleasure to have installing our product. I couldn't be happier with the end result and would highly recommend your company, in particular Franz and Ali.

We recently visited the CTM Seven Hills store recently and were blown away with the level of service and professionalism shown by the staff. They were courteous and explained everything to us regarding our flooring needs. We ended up buying tiles and carpet and were impressed by the range and price. The sales person was called Manuel. Also, the tiler (I think called Jockey) was terrific, punctual and efficient. I would definitely recommend CTM and this tiler to everyone!

Person at seven hills store was unprofessional and their price is way to much than other competitors.

This company is expensive and ripping off their customers. Please stay away from them.

I was not happy talking to their sales person as looks unprofessional and rude.

All of our tile requirements for 2 bathrooms and laundry were obtained from CTM at West Gosford. The staff who helped us included Michelle, Christina, and George. All simply amazing people with great product knowledge and most amiable and attentive. Their advice, assistance and service surpassed the very best one can hope to receive. The supply of product was timely and efficient, great quality and very affordable price. Most importantly we are delighted with the results. CTM Gosford is a great store. Awesome lighting, excellent product range and staff that go above and beyond with their customer service.

I would like to mention that the service at CTM was fantastic, i really felt welcomed and the overall experience was awesome. The lighting in the shop was really good as well. Way better then most of the shops i walked into in Sydney.

When renovating our house CTM was amazing and went above and beyond. Their customer service was great and the finished product is perfect. Highly recommended!
