Having purchased a Cudo restaurant deal back in August, I logged into the Cudo app to retrieve the information in the hope to purchase it again (it was such a great value deal). While scanning the offers for a considerable time, I was unable to locate the deal again. That's when I contacted Customer Service (Annabel in particular) who kindly located the offer and sent it to me as an email. Fortunately the offer is still current so I am able to buy it again. Thanks Annabel.

I purchased a voucher for wine and misread the procedure missing the expiry date. I emailed and requested consideration for my voucher to be extended. The response I I received was prompt I and was refunded the amount of purchase, I was relieved that Cudo were kind enough to do this, I certainly would continue to use Cudo and refer others to also.

signed up for newsletters, was given a code for 10% off....ha... didn't work did it....what a con job...very disappointing from what I thought a reputable company...maybe not so...will re think ordering anything in future, only continued as am short for time to look elsewhere...

Annabel (on 2 occasions) was incredibly helpful and PATIENT !! I was really struggling and making the same mistakes over and over, and she patiently guided me through. The, when I could't access the online booking tool effectively, she made the booking for me.
The follow up emails have been most helpful.

I had mistakenly booked the same lunch twice, but the company refunded the lesser one. Very happy to have the issue resolved without too much hassle as I am a very busy business woman.

Accidentally forgot to add a promo code and so I contacted Cudo. Fast response and they added the money back to my account in Cudo credit, despite it being my error. Very impressed.

It is always so easy to shop on this website. Plenty of variety and many options to pay for your purchases.
I recently had an issue with some damaged goods which was resolved extremely fast, with a pleasant attitude and no issues with refunding my money. Got to be happy with that.

I purchased a voucher for a business that had already ended their association with Cudo. The voucher was worthless. To Cudo's credit, they did provide me with a refund. However I'm still unsure as to why the voucher was available in the first place.

After experiencing difficulty in making a reservation on Starship Cruises for 4 passengers I used the "live chat line" which after some consultation was resolved.
We joined the Starship yesterday and had a fun filled day exploring the Hawkesbury, Brooklyn, Broken Bay and Pittwater waters ways, sailing around 5 islands while we enjoyed delicious morning tea, 2 course lunch and afternoon tea with an extremely entertaining crew, especially the Captain with his commentary. Thanks to Cudo and Starship Cruises for a satisfactory resolution.
