Hotel was perfect for us & Staff was Friendly and Helpful.1st time to Cairns & loved it.We recieved everything that was offered to us and the dinner was Excellent.Walking distance to Shops and Boardwalk.

Rang Luxury Escapes as we wanted to book a 4 night stay and the offer was for only 2 or 3 nights. Assisted by Jayden who not only provided a solution (book 2 x2 night stays) but proceeded to make all the necessary arrangements for the trip, including air fares. Booked a Port Douglas, Australia luxury escape at Oak's resort.
Run down place not a luxury resort. staff was nice at Oaks though . They did not provide any room service/ house keeping as we booked through luxury escape.
We will think twice before booking any holidays with luxury escape in the future.
Please do your home work before you book, the name is Luxury escape does not mean their accomodations are Luxurious.

Just booked our 4th LE trip. Erin was great to deal with and made the entire experience easy. Only complaint I have is the wait time for an agent to answer the phone but understand they have their busy times.

We needed to change a holiday destination booked through LE. As always the support team ( especially Nathan ) was pretty awesome. Nothing was a problem for him and in no time the situation was sorted. It’s because of people line Nathan we keep coming back to luxury escapes
