Terrible service didn’t follow any of our wishes won’t refund yelled at me on phone absolute nightmare dealing with them no apology don’t even want to go on tri now. So upset and way out of pocket. Do NOT use this company for any travel please.

Attend the schedule meeting they do for you and nothing hidden if not except to pay fees for not attending this is the only hidden thing other than that you will have fantastic holiday.

I just want to see real reviews, theres no one saying they went on their trip and it all went smoothly! Really weird! I think the reviews bare written bin poor/ strange English which makes me think it is suss

Every review I'm reading says have booked a holiday...has anyone actually been yet and was it what you expected? I'm worried about this being a scam, out of 118 reviews it's strange all have booked and are happy but no-one has actually stated they have been on their holiday

This is very good experience, my booking for Bail holiday was was adjusted according to the requirement.

I like the price and the why it was presented to me without wasting my time.
I was focused straight to the subject very transparent and not biting around the bush

I take resort of close to a Kata Beach walking distance, plenty of people around as well Restaurant, Souvenir Shop, to many Thai massage's places just spending days along streets to enjoy Phuket, A lot other to see on several famous tourist attraction to visit in close distance booklet available all on desk . Easy transport or Uber make help. Will coming back

No unexpected additional fees. Going to Phuket in May 2020. Travel consultant Celina answered all my questions and booking confirmation arrived within 24hours of booking our resort dates. Service was second to none. Would highly recommend to family and friends

Very professional, most helpful and returned my queries promptly. Will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them. Were able to help choose the perfect accommodation for my group.

Jessica was so helpful and patient with any follow up. She communicated well and answered any queries I had. She got my accomodation booking processed asap as though I could arrange flights as the dates are last minute. Extremely happy with the service.

I was told total of 99 for extra child but not informed was Euro which is approx 170 Aus. Which was a big surprise.
Overall affordable prices. Will know more after my holidays.

An Absolute accommodation at Phuket. I found Jessica to be extremely efficient and then helpful with the changes required to complete my booking. She provided me with step by step instructions to facilitate my use of my phone and completing my choice and bookings.
