This is the second cruise we have booked with Clean Cruising and on both occasions we have not encountered any problems. Athena F was our contact for the last cruise (30/12/19-9/1/20), she could answer all our queries. From the moment of our booking to the moment we walked back into our home, we did not have any problems at all. We will definitely book with Clean Cruising again and can highly recommend them to other future travellers.

After 16 cruises, nothing much would surprise my wife of 56 years.....until our last cruise on the Majestic Princess, 12 days Sydney to Auckland over Christmas. Unbeknownst to my wife, our entire extended family had stowed away on the ship too. My wife was thrilled when they crept up behind her at the muster station. It was a cruise to remember. Another highlight was seeing two grandkids in the final of Voice of the Ocean, with our grandson winning. Thanks Sally @ Clean Cruising for coordinating all 10 of us.

I have booked all of my cruises with Rob Warner at Clean Cruising . He has always made it so easy for us and always get's us the best deal . We have always travelled with Princess Cruises and have never been disappointed . Our latest cruise was December 2022 on the Majestic Princess and it was a magnificent Ship .

Had Clean Cruising recommended and we were not dissapointed, our consultant Sally Berry, attended to our requests effiecently and kept us up to date, on changed visa requirements for non Australian passport holders for New Zealand .

clean cruising and tammi sirett are amazing,tammi is always so helpful,full of life,nothing is to hard that's why we are staying with her,the cruise was amazing on the radiance of the seas,food,service,even the captain he was so every where, ready to talk and so friendly like all of his staff,again we had a wonderful cruise,its a pity royal carribean doesn't have a xmas new year all in one cruise,like other cruise companys are still doing.overall we had a wonderful cruise.

This company should be proud of their communication with clients. All queries are responded to in a courteous and timely manner. After an upgrade through the cruise company, it appeared new documents would not be available prior to leaving for the departure port. Clean Cruising understood the dilemma and continued to persevere with the cruise company and communicate with me until the situation was resolved. This was very reassuring and allayed anxieties.

From my first phone contact, Clean Cruising were helpful with the booking process and my questions along the way. Emails provided answers to questions and always prompt. A fabulous service that we will use again.

Was always reluctant to book online but clean cruising go above and beyond & make the whole process from enquiring through to cruising very simple.

Their consultants are friendly and on the ball for all aspects of travel as well as cruising. Any emails with any questions about bookings or prices are answered promptly. I have booked a cabin for solo travel and got a really good price, than the usual double fare.

I book all my flights and cruises for many years with Janelle from Clean Cruises, once even met her at the event organised in Melbourne and every time she dealt with the booking very professional with the best advice and quote. The documents were provided in the best possible time. I could only wish that when a special deal would occur, I would be informed about it. Maybe it's to much to ask for. I suggest all my friends to book with Janelle and all my relatives are booking they travels with her. I strongly believe that I can trust her in all my future traveling plans.
