Booked a family holiday to Phuket through Travel Online. It was very easy to do and the customer service I received was fantastic. After confirming my booking online I received a call from Lisa firstly thanking for my booking but also advising that they may be more preferable flights available for me and the family. Within minutes Lisa sent through other flight options which in fact were better then what I had initially booked. Awesome service, the website is super easy to use looking for packages with different locations and dates etc and really good value for money. (cheaper than trying to price everything up seperately). We had a fabulous holiday, it was central to seminyak & Kuta & opposite the beach. Relaxing with happy & helpful staff. Prices were affordable. Food was delicious and cocktails tasty!

I couldn't be happier with the whole experience when booking our four friends trip to Bali. A great selection of hotels and by far the cheapest, even when comparing with the hotels direct. We received lots of inclusions and extras and even a further room upgrade at the Padma Legian. I would definitely recommend TravelOnline to family and friends.
