Steve and Urvi were both friendly and very helpful. We wanted to extend our 1930's home, and the design Steve developed based on our ideas really achieved everything we wanted. He made sure we could maximise our yard space and living space, while still sticking to our budget and all regulations.

We are very happy and delighted to have met Steve Kemp. The design he did for us is just perfect and ticked all the boxes of our brief. He is such a gentleman and kept us informed with every step of the design and very skilled at understanding our (my) garbled design requirements.

He is very skilled in his area of expertise, reliable, polite and he listens to our comments and responds helpfully and appropriately. The preparation of my home improvement was excellent including the design stage until the contract signed. The design consultant Dean Brunton was great and communicates well to update the progress of the project .

Excellent customer service throughout design and building process of our new Granny Flat in our backyard. Communication by the building manager kept us fully informed at all times throughout the building process. The project stayed on time and on budget despite weather challenges during winter. The trades onsite did a great job, were courteous and aware we were living onsite. We are very happy with the outcome.

The concept design by Steve Kemp for an extension to our 1960's house was absolutely perfect and the reason we chose to build with Dale Alcock Homes. We were able to live in the old house while they built the new part. No time was wasted in building the extension and Beau Maister's attention to detail on site was reassuring in that we didn't have to worry if the different trades were doing it right! Dale Alcock Home improvement has been a joy to work with, and the final finished building has exceeded our expectations. The site manager Blake was always there ensuring the tradesmen employed finished their jobs to the highest standards. Beau Maisters of DAHI oversaw a quality extension in keeping with our beautiful federation home. Using new technology to tuckpoint the exterior. Quality wood doors, windows and flooring. Cornices throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and very accommodating of our family who lived in our house throughout.
