How to get to customer help, all it should take is one phone call, not a frustrating maze,great everyone else is getting their orders ok, If this dosent get addressed it, so easy to get the money, and that's all that matters, I don't pay 70 dollars for a shirt ever, I want my order or refund.

Really?? Covid19 in OCTOBER 2022? Is this poor customer still waiting on their delivery from October of last year?
After a lot of stuffy around finally received a fair compensation, then as I went to get it, oh on that was US dollars . it will cost you double and the cap is no longer Free, not a nice company . is it best to contact them via facebooks

Hi Neville. yes i rang it too but disconnected. I emailed and emailed and also go on their Face Book page. They answered both eventually..
