Looks like many other buyers are having the same problem as myself they take your money and then ignore your requests for the item to be delivered its been 6 weeks still no outcome. Don't care if I don't see the item just want the community to be aware DSA are shonky don't deal with them.

Ordered the 9 in 1 bench press in March. Stated 20 April delivery. They now tell me It may arrive in June. And they will not give a refund. It’s definitely false advertising and borders on fraud.

Lodged a complaint with consumer affairs ...
they have taken my money on a pre order that I will probably never see.

Do not waste your time and money. They refuse to refund if you have an issue.

I ordered my flat bench for workout which I was waiting for last month now got an email that they can't deliver it tell next month by 25th may. I requested for refund and they said they can,t I have escalated the case with afterpay . Now they are not even answering my emails . I have a request please don't waist your money . These guys are dodgy fraud and greedy dogs. I have enclosed the proofs so I not telling lie to you.. it's not about money it's just about trust and time.

Bought an adjustable bench in March. Website stated the item was in stock.
Paid in full. Emailed several times to find out where my item was. no reply!
It was only when i said i was going to my bank to report it as a scam website they told me the item was in fact out of stock and wont be in until late may.
Refuses to pay refund.
I recommend not buying a thing off this site as its a scam and you wont see your items.

Ordered the 9-In-1 Weight Bench Multi-Function Power Station on 30th March with not even a receipt or order confirmation.
Sent a number of follow up emails and posted a question on their website. its now 16th April and not a single reply.
Date stated a delivery date of 20th April. Webpage this morning now states delivery of 25th April with absolutely no communication.
Woeful experience, I have purchased other gear from online vendors who have also been out of stock and their communication has been excellent.

Would highly recommend shopping elsewhere!!!

Purchased a set of dumbbells for my son late in March, paid in full. Their website didn't indicate they were out of stock and the product wasn't available.
Sent them 2 emails requesting a reply, searched for a contact number, none listed. Finally found them on facebook so sent them a few messages. They have responded the product is out of stock, but repeatedly ignore my request for a refund and an ETA.
Logged question / complaint with consumer affairs today.

Made and order and paid in full and never received the extra items I asked for and it seems I am not the only person this has happened too after commenting on their FB page about it!

Purchased a $389 dollar exercise bike to receive no tracking or confirmation email, emailed them to get a response from a “Gio (customer service representative) “ stating that my order is on back order and he/she was speaking to the warehouse to give me a solution now 3 emails later and still no response and from what I have seen they haven’t got anyone’s orders so it seems they’d have a lot of time to respond to your messages as it’s there only source of contact. They are an accredited merchant for after pay who I’ve purchased it through so I will be escalating it higher through them.
Con artists/ scammers

Do not buy from this company. They take your money then say you have to wait 8 weeks refuse a refund and will not reply to your emails. Do not buy from.

Purchased a product which according to their website was available. Got informed that I need to wait nearly 2 months for delivery. Refund refused. Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend DSA to anyone.

I purchased this gym multi bench an have recieved no conformation after i have paid $349.00 . They have not responded to any email, i demand an answer or refund, hopeless!!

I have been trying to contact some one about my order. No one will answer my emails and the phone number is fake. I have paid for a order over $200.00 and have not received nothing. I would like a refund. I bet this does not go on your page.

Have sent 3 emails regarding my order received ordered a rowing machine for my husbands 50th and its broken cannot get anyone to respond to emails or even ring me.

I never buy clothes online but when I saw the ned Kelly clothing I thought I would purchase 1....
The size is spot on, the quality is amazing, I have just purchased a 3rd Ned Kelly top for my husband he loves them, fast postage, the clothing looks awesome on would highly recommend, I see some people comment they haven’t got their item etc that’s because they do pre order too so the item isn’t even made yet, also they reply to messages super quick highly recommend will keep buying in the future!!!!!

There is such a good variety of products and I have never had a problem. Always very happy when I receive my order. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.
