Can I get house windows fixed with deferit?
1 answer
Jonnydeferit
Hi Mikayla, if the repairer can issue an invoice it is eligible provided it has an accepted payment option like BPAY. At this stage, bank transfers to the repairer are not supported if it is the first bill with us. Please let us know if you have any further questions :)
Tammyasked
Hi I have to get my dog surgery on her knee now it’s gonna cost approx $5000 do you guys help pay that and then I pay it back or no?
1 answer
Jonnydeferit
Hi Tammy, sorry to hear that and we hope your dog is ok. That bill is eligible provided it has an accepted payment option on it (like BPAY). Our standard account limits for new customers is $300-$500 which does increase over time to $1000 (we're actually about to change this to $2000). This means you would need to part deferit / pay upfront this bill if it was accepted. You can do a combination of both in your deferit account. If you have any further questions, please let us know :)

I have notice that there's always an extra amount to pay on the payment period, let say my bill is $100 that's $25 for 4 payments, however theres extra 50 cents or a $1 or something like that. why is that? what is it for?
1 answer
Jonnydeferit
It's the standard processing fee, all card payments on the platform are subject to it. Before deferring a bill, we show it to you so you can see the total cost :)
