We are quite heavy coffee drinkers and therefore required a cost effective machine the was easy to use and clean. This one fits the bill. Compact and quite attractive without dominating the kitchen this one is a winner. It warms up quickly and in no time we have a great coffee. Well worth the money.

great machine simple in design and operation, love the taste of the coffee and so many varieties to choose from, love, love.. It is well priced and it is stylish to leave out on the kitchen bench. the sales and follow up as users is very attentive . We love our new machine.

As someone that loves a coffee each morning but wanted a nicer cup than the instant coffee we used to have at home, this machine has given us a nice easy coffee experience every morning. While it will never replace a barista made coffee, it certainly is better than the coffee we used to have so it's a happy medium for us. We enjoy the Nespresso pods but have also used the supermarket ones when we want to save money.
It's so easy to use and to clean so it really doesn't add any time to the time we used to boil the kettle.

I'm all for the easy life - the Nespresso makes a really good cappuccino. Not as good as a good barista, but better than any automatic machine and its a lot easier than a regular cappuccino machine. The only are where I have had problems in the milk frother - you need to make sure that milk does not get baked to the surface.

Was purchased for my family and I use it almost daily. Good machine, produces hot milk while the cylinder is not hot to touch, and a good coffee pour. Cleaning is a bit tedious as is maneuvering the settings for short and long. The fact you have to buy so many extras is a bit like the Apple problem, but otherwise if you like your coffee, it produces a good one pretty quickly.

I can't imagine not having this machine as the flavour is so beautiful and so easy to look after. My kids have tried to take it home but we just cant let them so we will be buying them all one for Xmas. I love the different flavours in the pods and might have an extra cup or 2 a day but it is the best

Easy to use lots of uses, make both hot and cold, cleaning is a breeze love it to bits. The strength of the coffee is entirely up to you. Very stylish looking machine with the option of having frothy milk or just a latte. Capsules are a very convenient way to store your desired strengths. All inall wouldn't be without it

Overall we love the coffee this machine produces but I feel it is very noisy. It is easy to use and keep clean, Also setting up the amount of coffee on each button was simple and never fails. The capsules tend to be on the expensive side but the cheaper alternatives never seem to match the taste of nespresso capsules.

I haven't had the problems mentioned with the milk frother but we don't tend to use it a lot. I sometimes wish it would make a hotter brew but overall we are happy with it.

love the taste cant wait to wake in the mornings and have my coffee. very very easy to use. easy as to clean cannot go without my coffee one of the simple pleasures in life cant do without. My sister also comes over for her coffee fix now so im thinking of buying her one now for xmas she will love it

Coffee always tastes good, its fast, easy to clean and use. I like the milk frother is on the same base so you only need to plug on one cord unlike some models. Only problem I've had is if you overfill the milk it can lift the lid and go everywhere. I found the regular milk frother better than the 'cappucino' one to stop this happening. Def worth the buy
