DeLonghi Nespresso Citiz EN265SAE (Silver, Aeroccino)

So easy to use and so easy to clean! Milk froths perfectly to the perfect temperature. Could not be happier with this machine. Nespresso also provide such a great variety of different flavours and intensities. It is hard to choose a favourite! Good looking machine too. Real coffee, real easy!

Love my nespresso machine. So easy to use & easy to clean. Very low maintance. I dont use the milk froother apart for guest but I use the double shot with hot water and milk. Took me a bit find my favourite coffee capsule but lots of option for different tastes. Unfortunately not ideal in terms of environent with the capsules.

I finally upgraded from my beloved Pixi after many years of dedicated service. I wasn’t interested in upgrading too much so I went for the Citiz. At first I wasn’t too fussed on the idea of having the aeroccino attached: but it’s actually really helpful. The new aeroccino is much easier to clean than the older model. And the Citiz is surprisingly quieter than the Pixi. Good size water tank. I use my Citiz for about 2-4 shots a day and the tank is just the right size. I refill it with fresh water every few days to a week depending on use. I have bought 2 other Citiz as gifts since getting mine.

I have tried many different varieties of Nespresso coffee and love most of them. The machine is super easy to use and even easier to clean. I would hate to be without my DeLonghi Nespresso Citiz and have even been know to take it on holidays with me so I don't have to miss out.

I got this machine for my birthday, it's been great. Love the coffee it makes. It is a little noisy, but that's nothing in the scheme of things. It is lovely and slender so it doesn't take up much space on my bench top. Now I just need to get a new power point close to where I have it.

The machine makes good coffee. But the burn marks from milk-burn in the accessory frother are just so hard to clean...with all types of milk. In the end, the burn marks remain permanent. Countless online queries about how you solve this problem testify that it is a serious flaw in design. This product should have been recalled due to the problem. Any good company testing its products would have identified the problem and taken remedial action. Finally, Nespresso coffee capsules are very expensive. Coles Sumatran blend in the Nespresso compatible capsule is a winner, but varies a bit from batch to batch, as with any coffee.

From the start the milk frothier started burning in one spot,I phoned to ask why and was told to clean it with cold water,
It kept happening and when I phoned again It was out of guaranty by a month.the machine is very good but now I have to buy a milk frothier.
