Love the simplicity of this machine and the ease of use and ease of cleaning !
I love a variety of different pods and love that the variety of pods is so large ~ it is a great machine ! It is also very stylish in the kitchen which is a bonus as I'm not a fan usually of appliances on my bench top !

I can't remember the last time I bought a cuppa from the coffee shops outside. I just make some into my coffee mug and off I go, either to work or out during the weekends. I did have issue with a burst hose which Nespresso gladly fixed for free during the warranty period. Now with Nespresso compatible pods in abundance from the supermarkets, the cost for a cuppa just got even more bearable! Every penny counts!

Replaced our original lattissima with the EN550 as it was on special at the good guys as a Nespresso promotion.
We were sold at the display. Hot, beautiful coffee, can remove milk canister and touch controls are simple.
Best to check nespresso website or the net for promotions as we not only got it for great price but there was a heap of free capsules thrown in.

I got this for Christmas 3 years ago (bought in the Boxing Day week sale and got a cash back!) and use it every day with mostly Nespresso pods. It is very easy to use and the cleaning function on the milk frother works very effectively. The grills and pod/drip trays along with the disassembled milk dispenser all go in the dishwasher and it reassembles easily. I've only had to rescale it twice and that was easy following their YouTube video.

This machine is great. I love that the milk compartment can be taken off and popped back in the fridge so no milk is wasted.
Makes a fantastic coffee and is super quick.
Only slight problem is that sometimes my cappuccinos are not hot enough ( I like them really hot) but other times they are perfect

I'm really impressed with this machine, it's surpassed my expectations of a pod coffee machine. It's easy to clean and makes great coffee with very little mucking about. I was concerned that it wouldn't froth soy milk very well but it actually does so brilliantly. Pleasantly surprised.

My first machine was dead on arrival, which was quite disappointing. But I'm glad I decided to get a new one rather than a refund. The exchange process was awful and prolonged, but that's The Good Guys rather than this machine.

I've been using biodegradeable pods from The Social Cup which work really well.

The Nespresso Lattissima Touch isn’t a bad espresso maker. It does get the job done and its ability to make steamed milk is definitely a bonus. If you want a no-fuss option, this is as easy as it gets. That said, it still seems a little spendy for what you get. This is especially true when compared to other home espresso machines that forego capsules in favor of coffee beans. True coffee aficionados may want to steer clear, but, then again, they’d probably never consider a machine that uses capsules.

I am very happy with the DeLonghi Nespresso Lattissima Touch EN550. The machine is very easy to use, modify to your favourite and it's all set ! Coffee is great and quick to make, a small price for a machine of this quality. Looks good and a choice of colours!

makes it good but considering I'm the only person that's drinks coffee...i found it easier to make in a cup. gave to friend as a present. She was very pleased to receive as her machine recently stopped working. made her business that much more comfortable for customers...and their busy lives

Love this machine. Quick to heat up, and easy to use. I love using the nespresso pods, they are clean, easy to use and the taste is just fabulous!!! Everyone I make coffee for absolutely loves and asks me what brand it is! I can honestly say I cannot live without this coffee maker! I have one at home and one at work!

The machine is well designed and very easy to use. The taste of the coffee is good and the frother is easy to use. I like how you can clean the frother nozzle by pressing down a button - easy. Everything is detachable to clean and you have to descale the machine every 6 months otherwise the build up can affect the taste of the coffee. The coffee pods are easy to use and fairly cheap if you only drink one or two coffees a day. The shops are spread around in most shopping centres and very nice to visit (you always get an offer to try more coffee).

Bought this machine last week and very happy with it to date. Very easy to clean, makes a great coffee and milk frother is fantastic. We also bought the welcome special of 150 pods for $99 and got two gorgeous little glass coffee cups which work perfectly for a mini cino or the like.
We also bought an extended 3 year full replacement warranty that only cost us $70 after reading some of the reviews about the milk frother failing. We also got the $70 cash back offer so warranty cost us nothing really. Well worth it.
The Nespresso pods are awesome, so much flavour as well.
A great package overall.

This is our first Nespresso coffee machine after previously having a manual espresso coffee machine. Whilst more expensive more unit for coffee, the ease of use is a bit winner. Push a button, come back and coffee is ready is one selling point for us with a busy family. I like the feature to customise pour lengths to suit our tastes and cups. Even makes decent baby chino's for the little ones. Finally, the light that tells you when it needs descaling is great as don't have to think about this. Just clean the machine when it needs it, which so far is only every couple of months. Very happy with this machine.

Being one of these people who previously thought pod coffee was not "real" coffee and also a very fussy coffee drinker (ie daily organic barista made coffee!) I am happy to say that I love this machine and pod coffee!! Easy to use, sleek design, fab froth every time, and amazing range of coffee pod tastes. Kids love it too. Easy to clean too.
