Has anyone had issues with the milk not heating on this machine? The milk is only heating to Luke warm after one month of use so the machine was returned to Myers and sent away for repair, I got the machine back and the same thing, not heating the milk.. Myers have agreed to replace the machine or i can swap to another machine i really loved the machine if only the milk would heat up properly. Not sure if i try my luck with the same machine or try a different model....

It might be due to the type of milk your using or the tubes being clogged. Take apart the milk container and put the components in the dishwasher or soak them. If that doesn't work try using a different milk. From memory I dont think it likes skim milk. Smart white or full cream work well.
Yes we have had this problem, first with the previous model, which we took back to Joyce Mayne under the extended warranty. We had used only Nespresso pods, put all milk frother parts in the dishwasher every couple of days & descaled every time the light indicated it was necessary. We are away a lot so it did not get much use, mostly on weekends & we only put bottled water in it. We were fairly happy with it until it stopped working, although it did seem to drip from the coffee nozzle for a while after the light indicated it was finished making the coffee. It took a while for us to be able to take it in for replacement under warranty because we are away so often but as they only had red in stock we paid the difference & got the newer touch model in silver, as our previous one was, to match our household appliances. Now this new one has been babied in all the same ways, although we have been home a little more often this year, so it has had a little more use than the last one, but it has lasted a much shorter time. It makes noises but does not draw milk up from the frother, which is the same problem as the previous one. Both the previous one & this one were able to produce coffee, just not milk. I had very recently descaled it, I have ensured the parts are very clean by running all five separate parts of the frother through the dishwasher again & checked that they are correctly attached. I have never adjusted any of the factory settings, so I do not know if that would make a difference or could have prevented the problem, but having only used bottled water in it I can't imagine water hardness had anything to do with it.
