We use it for clients at work. It is easy to use and easy to clean and best of all the capaccinos we make are better than those you get in the cofffee shop ! It will pay for itself in no time if you are thinking of getting one for your office as we did.

I have a cup morning and night. My friends also enjoy the coffee I make. The milk frother is automatic. Press a button for a creamy coffee. Milk is done perfectly.

I got given this beauty for Christmas a few years back! It heats the milk makes the coffee, you have a double or single shot selection. Probably doesn't heat the milk enough. The flavour on the coffee really relies on which pods you buy. Good for a morning pick me up and without the price of a café coffee!

I need help my descaling light won't stop blinking I have descaled and re descaled 3 times to stop it blinking with no avail help the machine had been working fantastic until the descaled light came on please helpi really don't know what else I can say but help I brought my machine from Harvey Norman Forster so how can you help me

This machine is so easy to use. It makes wonderful coffee no matter which way you like it. The preparation and cleaning time are great. Would not hesitate if something happened to this coffee machine to buy another one exactly the same. We have had both a machine that takes ground coffee beans and the other pods. Prefer the pods so much more.

Love this product. It looks good in my kitchen. The coffee tastes great. It is very easy to use and clean. It is very convenient. The coffee is so great that I have saved so much money from not having to buy take away coffee anymore before work. I don't need to froth or clean a milk compartment every use either

I'm onto my second one of these, the first lasting around 3 years which I guess is a long time these days. It's easy to use and makes consistently good coffee. It's also pretty robust and survived a fall off the kitchen bench with no problems. I've only given it 4 stars because about once a month the milk flow goes way down and I need to get in there with a pipe cleaner to free the pipe up.

This product is one of the best to buy. The coffee tastes amazing and cost of the capsules are pretty good too. I only use this machine for my chai latte. The milk froths up great and thick. And it doesn't leave a bitter taste after you drink it... Easy to clean and pulls apart quickly to wash.

Happy with the machine, made quality coffee at home in just a few seconds. The taste of the coffee is fresh and Nespresso provides lots of flavors to choose from. Not that easy to clean for the beginner, need a few practices. Easy to order the capsules online and delivered on time.

I love a variety of different pods and love that the variety of pods is so large ~ it is a great machine ! It is also very stylish in the kitchen which is a bonus as I'm not a fan usually of appliances on my bench top !

We upgraded to this model after using the previous Nespresso machine for a few year. Have been very impressed with quality of machine and longevity considering it is used dozens of times a day! Coffee pods can be brought cheaply from major retailers and coffee tastes just like one brought in a cafe!

I can't remember the last time I bought a cuppa from the coffee shops outside. I just make some into my coffee mug and off I go, either to work or out during the weekends. I did have issue with a burst hose which Nespresso gladly fixed for free during the warranty period. Now with Nespresso compatible pods in abundance from the supermarkets, the cost for a cuppa just got even more bearable! Every penny counts!

Makes a great espresso,but I like my latte, we have had two machines now and constantly sending off to be repaired, they finally replaced the machine, and half a dooven coffees bang the milk frothed cactus, rang the service centre and was told to do the reset process, didn't work, and was told that it was our problem, so in my opinion Nespresso needs to pull up there socks, when you spend hard earn on a product that is recommended by Harvey Norman,only to be let down.we live remote and we just can't drop in with the machine to get fixed,three to four week turn around,sorry Nespresso but you are in the three P.'s now .

Nespresso pods provide a standardised good taste.
The machine performs well for me each morning. However, although the milk froths adequately in this machine it is no comparison to the foam achieved from a coffee shop barista. I do think that this machine gives the best foam that a home machine can deliver.

The machine came with a sample pack of Nespresso pods. Tried a couple of different ones but quickly donated the rest to the office Nespresso machine. Found a local coffee roaster selling compatible pods for a similar price point which were miles better.
Was easy enough to calibrate to my preferred strength and from then was consistent in the output.
Found the milk was way too frothy for a latte regardless of milk setting. Easy to clean. Great you can store the unused milk in the fridge in the removable container.
Fine for a quick home coffee if you can't be bothered with a manual coffee machine, but too be honest i am not using this as often as i did with my old manual machine.

This machine is very easy and simple to use. The flavour of the coffee is just like buying one at a coffee shop but of course for a fraction of the price. Its easy to get new pods by ordering online and cleaning the machine after is simple with a touch of a button. I can't fault this machine.

I use it first thing in the morning, it is so easy and reliable. The coffee pods come in a variety of flavours, it looks good on my kitchen counter and I do not know what I would do without it! It is the best thing ever to be invented!
