The machine is well designed and very easy to use. The taste of the coffee is good and the frother is easy to use. I like how you can clean the frother nozzle by pressing down a button - easy. Everything is detachable to clean and you have to descale the machine every 6 months otherwise the build up can affect the taste of the coffee. The coffee pods are easy to use and fairly cheap if you only drink one or two coffees a day. The shops are spread around in most shopping centres and very nice to visit (you always get an offer to try more coffee).

This coffee machine is easy to use, and simple. The coffees aren't what you get from the local hipster café, but it does fine coffees for what it is - a simply espresso machine for the home. Flavours are tasty, and the big variety means there's something for everyone's tastes

Great tasting coffee, easy to use and love trips to the Nespresso shop for more coffee capsules. Great that the supermarkets have compatible capsules but are more expensive than the nicer Nespresso ones. Love that it is easy to use. Only complaint as the George Clooney didn't deliver the machine.

Coffee reasonable taste but fiddly expensive capsules dont make it very economic.
Quite slow making Coffee. Does overflow into Capsule compartment instead of going into cup.
Then when frothing the milk you get first cup done and when you come to frothing milk for second cup it stops and light comes on and wants the milk part to be cleaned every time.
I would expected to make several cups of coffee at least before milk frother wants to be cleaned.

Bought this machine last week and very happy with it to date. Very easy to clean, makes a great coffee and milk frother is fantastic. We also bought the welcome special of 150 pods for $99 and got two gorgeous little glass coffee cups which work perfectly for a mini cino or the like.
We also bought an extended 3 year full replacement warranty that only cost us $70 after reading some of the reviews about the milk frother failing. We also got the $70 cash back offer so warranty cost us nothing really. Well worth it.
The Nespresso pods are awesome, so much flavour as well.

The espresso coming out of this machine is perfect but the milk froth is lukewarm. Unfortunately if you make Cappucino there is more Milk than Coffee so you end up with a Cappucino that is overall lukewarm. It's quite disappointing.
As a Manual Coffee machine user I've learnt that the final temperature of Cappucino is pretty much defined by the the Froth Temperature (has to be 65degrees or a little more).

This is our first Nespresso coffee machine after previously having a manual espresso coffee machine. Whilst more expensive more unit for coffee, the ease of use is a bit winner. Push a button, come back and coffee is ready is one selling point for us with a busy family. I like the feature to customise pour lengths to suit our tastes and cups. Even makes decent baby chino's for the little ones. Finally, the light that tells you when it needs descaling is great as don't have to think about this. Just clean the machine when it needs it, which so far is only every couple of months. Very happy with this machine.

We have had our machine for 8 months and has been used on average 3-4 times daily. Not a single problem. Coffee tastes great, and for me the perfect temperature. Very easy to use, and just as easy to clean. Not sure how we went without this machine for so long.

This coffee machine makes good coffee consistently every time. The milk frothing is automatically control. There are plenty of coffee varieties ranging from extreme strong to mild. There is also the Chai Latte capsules. Easy to use and compact in size. Parts are easy to dismantle and assemble for cleaning.

Great machine, good coffee and easy to use and clean. Great service from Nespresso, capsules are a little expensive but quality is high. Phone assistance is available 24/7 but unlike my last machine the Maestria, I haven't needed to use the assistance line at all. It is worth calling when you buy to program your favourite coffee setting in the machine.

This machine makes the frothiest cappucino. Hot coffee unlike other pod brands and ease of use with the milk frother built it so no mess.
The latissima was purchased from harvey norman on sale for 380 which was well below regular price so keep your eye out for a deal if you decide to purchase one. We bought an extended warranty which basically gives you a new machine if it faults throughout its term so that was a seller for us too.. no messing around with repairs . Cant be more pleased with our purchase! Just wondering when george clooney might pop in for a cuppa!

Being one of these people who previously thought pod coffee was not "real" coffee and also a very fussy coffee drinker (ie daily organic barista made coffee!) I am happy to say that I love this machine and pod coffee!! Easy to use, sleek design, fab froth every time, and amazing range of coffee pod tastes. Kids love it too. Easy to clean too.
