    Impressed

I debated for a long time about buying a Nespresso. Working in the hospitality industry and owning a manual/traditional coffee machine, it was hard to comprehend that the Nespresso could produce a coffee of equal quality to that of one made the traditional way by a barista. I tested one out a week ago and bought the Pixie today. I have to say I'm quite impressed so far. For my morning cup of coffee, it is perfect and I don't have to fuss around with the tamp and grind, or the clean up! Great buy, packaging is great as is their 24/7 customer assistance.

It is weird. It may be set to very long and your cup may not hold all the water. Try to set the dosage again.

This isn't normal. I'd be taking it back, if it is still under warranty.

I have the same problem. On lungo the water fills the drip tray below to overflowing though it is not actually overfilling mug. Mug fits beautifully and this water must come from inside not down the filling spout. Have to empty the used capsule/drip trays every use which is a pain. Please does anyone know about this. Cup not overfilling, still room at the end.! Elizabeth
