I received my vacuum today and have had it charging all afternoon (6-7hours). The LCD screen is still on. The manual says that the LCD screen will go off once it is finished charging. Any ideas?

Hi there. I have a devanti cordless vacuum stick and the container that catches the dirt is cracked so it’s not sucking properly. Please can you let me know where I can get that spare part for it. The rest is in perfact working order so I just need the container. Many thanks.

Go to your purchase history in kogan, then select the vac and make a warranty claim from there. I also suspect that Devanti will answer your issue directly on this site. They do keep spares and you also simply google "devanti spares australia" or similar. Hope this helps.
2) Glue. but be careful. some glues dissolve plastic
3) gaffer tape over the crack on the outside of the container also works and is safer than 2). This will probably get you by until you get a replacement.

I bought a devanti cordless handstick vacuum trough Kogan in Sept 2022, it was working great, loved it, but then last week it just stopped working, all of the sudden just died. I'm sorry to hear that it has stopped working all of a sudden.
As Clint B stated, please do log into your Kogan account and lodge a request from there for a warranty claim. It comes with 12 months warranty and Customer Support will be able to assist you through it.
They would need to investigate the possibilities of the vacuum cleaner stopped working. Please do provide some videos or photos if possible to assist with the investigation. It'll help them to understand the issue easier to process the request and arrange a replacement if it's not fixable.

As reported earlier from a Christine G about a stuck filter of a VAC-CL-150, I have the same problem. I can see how it quarter turns anti clockwise to release, but it will NOT turn. appears to be stuck. Without wrecking the plastic bowl holder etc. I cannot see how to get this filter to release, Any ideas ?

I've consulted our team that in charge of this product, it is supposed to turn clockwise to release the filter and with just a simple turn. Not too sure why it stuck in this unit. We would need you to contact our customer support team through Catch portal. You'll be able to find your order history and Contact Seller from there.
We usually need some photos/ videos to understand the issue so we can figure out what is the cause. Please try to video the process if possible.

Because the unit was unused until now, the whole plastic bowl was very tight to undo, but got that ok, but trying to remove the filter.even brute force will not undo same. Can the plastic lugs within be tempted to loosen with warm/hot water or similar. It's a shame as we really like the vacuum. Regards, Bill Lee.

I would not recommend you to use warm/ hot water to loosen it as we're not sure what is underlying it and it might damage the motor even it's removed. I believe there might be some fault in that filter release part as you said it wouldn't come off with brute force.
Can I please get you to contact our customer support team via Catch portal? Our customer support team will reply to you within few hours. That way, we can locate your details right away, obtain the necessary details/ video from you and offer you a replacement unit/ refund if need to.

I can't remove the filters from my devanti vac 150cl to clean, what am I doing wrong?

When you open the bottom of the dust collector, you should see the bottom of the filter housing, turn it anti_clockwise and it should release the filter housing and pull it out. hope this works for you.
